Now that is an amazing deal! You definitely got lucky with him on the price. I got mine like in the beginning of the season but with how the market is down in the south I knew he'd be gone that day so that's why I went ahead and snagged mine. Very cool you managed to get that deal situated for you.
He was. This was mainly the ONLY exception for me. I didn't wanna pay 400 but I know this guy will be very hard to find in the future so it'll be nice to have him in my collection. My first and only licensed prop
I’m tired of Spirit and other companies giving licensed characters very little movement. What made the Gemmy licensed characters so special is that they had a lot of realistic animation. Most of these newer animatronics only have around two movements.
You're absolutely right. That is why I will always think that Gemmy is the king of licensed props. I will stab tho that for a modern licensed prop, it's not too bad. But it will never amount to the classics.
SVI seems like they might be able to carry the torch. The recent Home Depot Frankenstein seems like a step in the right direction in terms of that kind of thing.
@@endoftheroadhaunts I will admit after seeing the Frankenstein and THD I think we're getting back to that point. Obviously not in quality JUST yet but it's definitely getting better!
For sure
I was lucky. I was able to snag him after Halloween for half off plus 30% off the half off price. So I paid 140

@@gemmybonez459 I’m hoping Spirit remakes some of those licensed animatronics since the Crypt Keeper was pretty successful last year.
@@cgimichaelmyers2806He really was! I'm really hoping for the same thing and hopefully something that's better than what we usually get.
