Apparently the tv has a problem where some of those pins short out which causes the tv to loop on and off… by covering groups of pins and trying it you can narrow down the problem
@@TheAcceleratorMagazine none taken… I wrote more in the description but the simplified version is that every tv is different and it may not be the same pins that I put the tape on. It may be hard to see but in the video you can see some clear tape covering some on the pins found on that LCD ribbon connector. The trick is figuring out which ones are bad. I would start by covering the first 10, check and see if that fixed it, if not… move to the next 10… etc. I hope that helps

Every time I find any size flat panel TV any where the screen is broken and a used or new screen is LOTS OF $$$$$$$$$
the screws were to tight from the factory.

Every situation is different but I had to try it in a few different spots till I found which pins were the problem.
