It was not Nepal requesting Nehru to take Nepal into Nehru Raj. Nehru and Patel went to request King Tribhuban to be King of all Hindu and be King of India. Open border is lethal for nepal in the future. As soon as possible nepal government should work for visa system for crossing border. Should learn lesson from Fiji how they captured everything from them.
