Franke A600 coffee machine with 2 milk system in which milk pump unit is placed outside

I have an a600 i purchased from a failed business and have been using it at home for a few years, i've been looking for firmware updates and product catalogue updates for this machine but Franke require a login to access this stuff. Can anyone help please? thanks
