Oh I am so looking forward to watching this, especially since I also built several highlander decks in Shandalar the last time I played it. It was fucking great, especially since after you just build a broken deck with 5-6 black lotuses that consistently wins on turn 1 against everything in the game, it's fun to actually have a bit of a challenge.
In today’s stream, I realize just how much milage there is in streaming this game. Not only for fun challenges like this, but being able to see Wheeler work up the difficulty through playthroughs too.

Because I like doing things that nobody asked for, I wrote out some rules that could give this challenge a little more structure than "get to 100 when you can" (not that I have anything against enjoying that). ----------- Shandalar Singleton Challenge Difficulty Setting - Player’s choice Minimum Deck Size starts at 40. (It can't go below 40 or above 100). Except in your first match, playing a match with any duplicates (other than basic lands) or a deck below the Minimum incurs a Penalty. (Conceding before playing any cards avoids this Penalty.) Each Penalty increases the Minimum by +2. Incur 3 Penalties and you lose the run. Losing a match decreases Minimum by -1. When visiting a town, it increases for each win since the last town. When Saving, indicate the current Minimum and Penalty counts. Loading sets you to those counts. You may Load once per hour played. In Dungeons, the Minimum is (temporarily) 10 higher. In Castles, it is 30 higher. (When defending a town, there is no increase.) If you face Arzakon with duplicates or a deck smaller than 100, you instantly lose the run.

1:56:35 the defenders were in a band so the AI allocated your damage 1 to each blocker

It's abandonware. You can't buy it anywhere. Gaby Spartz has a video on how to get the game, and get it to run on your pc.
Shandalar is honestly a great way ffor WOTC to make a show and single player adventure game to go with it just updated for new people
