    For those who don’t know this form of measurement is called parallax. Parallax is the observed shift in position of an object despite no movement actually occurring. This measurement is normally used in the field of astronomy. There are two basic forms of parallax. It is used to calculate the distance of an object, usually a celestial body, from the Earth which is called geocentric parallax. And, it is also used to calculate the distance of an object from the Sun which is called heliocentric parallax.

      My name is Yoshikage Kira. I'm 33 years old. My house is in the northeast section of Morioh, where all the villas are, and I am not married. I work as an employee for the Kame Yu department stores, and I get home every day by 8 PM at the latest. I don't smoke, but I occasionally drink. I'm in bed by 11 PM, and make sure I get eight hours of sleep, no matter what. After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning. I was told there were no issues at my last check-up. I'm trying to explain that I'm a person who wishes to live a very quiet life. I take care not to trouble myself with any enemies, like winning and losing, that would cause me to lose sleep at night. That is how I deal with society, and I know that is what brings me happiness. Although, if I were to fight I wouldn't lose to anyone.

      Suppose that you were sitting down at this table. The napkins are in front of you, which napkin would you take? The one on your 'left'? Or the one on your 'right'? The one on your left side? Or the one on your right side? Usually you would take the one on your left side. That is 'correct' too. But in a larger sense on society, that is wrong. Perhaps I could even substitute 'society' with the 'Universe'. The correct answer is that 'It is determined by the one who takes his or her own napkin first....Yes? If the first one takes the napkin to their right, then there's no choice but for others to also take the 'right' napkin. The same goes for the left. Everyone else will take the napkin to their left, because they have no other option. This is 'society'... Who are the ones that determine the price of land first? There must have been someone who determined the value of money, first. The size of the rails on a train track? The magnitude of electricity? Laws and Regulations? Who was the first to determine these things? Did we all do it, because this is a Republic? Or was it Arbitrary? NO! The one who took the napkin first determined all of these things! The rules of this world are determined by that same principle of 'right or left?? In a Society like this table, a state of equilibrium, once one makes the first move, everyone must follow! In every era, this World has been operating by this napkin principle. And the one who 'takes the napkin first' must be someone who is respected by all. It's not that anyone can fulfill this role... Those that are despotic or unworthy will be scorned. And those are the 'losers'. In the case of this table, the 'eldest' or the 'Master of the party' will take the napkin first... Because everyone 'respects' those individuals.

    Fun fact: In the event of Atomic Bomb detonation, or other nuclear explosions that result in a mushroom cloud, doing the same method, if you can cover the entirety of the cloud in your thumb, you are safe enough away. If the cloud is bigger than your thumb, you are in fact still too close and probably might die.

    • @TheDragon0102

      @@caydanhunsaker3822 I say probably might because the result is inconclusive. There are people who have survived such explosions, and then there is the mass majority that did not. So I cant say "You will die." nor "You will most likely die." Might die is a chance given by the rare few that survived the explosion but were later dead after it all or not. Probably die is the shitluck chance the rest had, you either were atomized by the explosion, or you somehow made it by the skin of your teeth which would upgrade you from probably, to might.... so.... You probably might die, why? Shitluck chance that being too close can kill, and the deadly radiation and fallout afterward still could kill ya.

    • @TheDragon0102
      @TheDragon0102 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@acompy Correcting Fact: You can see the detonation from 250-300 miles away. 1 Atomic Bomb with an exact yield of 1 megaton will destroy approximately 80 square miles. 8 Nukes, each with a yield of 125 kilotons apiece, will destroy 160 square miles. As with President Truman, and Oppenheimer, they both witnessed the same explosive magnitude, and were safe from the blast radius, yet they were able to see it clearly. And not to mention the plane that dropped the first nuke, Fat Man, also was able to clearly be in sight of this nuke, and safely escape its blast radius as well. If the mushroom cloud is a tiny prick in the sightline of your outstretched thumb to the distance, the blast radius will not reach you.

    • @acompy
