Great video. What are the rules please for shelling in Australia? Do you need a licence? Hoping to visit from UK end of the year. We never get any issues in the Uk with collecting from the beach.
Sadly that’s not true. taking home sand, seashells or pebbles from the beach could see you landed with a hefty fine if you're caught. This is laid out in the Coast Protection Act 1949, which says it's against the law to remove any natural materials from UK beaches. I’m not sure how they police this mind lol xxx
