      +cameron s Yeah Reedy is one of the easiest spots to get colours in your pan so I think you should find at least something. Do let me know how you go...

      +wayne gredka Thank you. Yeah I'll use the waders if its not a long hike in. Otherwise I dont like walking long distance in them. It is nice to be dry for a change though haha

    You mention that gold wouldn't get past clay...I have found small nuggets under and inside hard clay. I've actually found nuggets in between thick slices of slate too, because you have to consider that all that water has been flowing for millions of years so you really can't be sure where the gold is, although it will tend to get trapped in the same places every time. I like to dig around rocks that look like they've been there ever since the creek was born, not only inside the creek, but around it too. Good luck!!

      @DigginForGold  7 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      +LucaKiss70 Yeah this spot has been worked over like you wouldn't imagine. Pretty much just flood gold that gets replenished every few years so although I absolutely agree with you its probably not the case as much here.

    Great video. how do you like those waders? They are different material to mine. I'm guessing they keep all the water out?

    • @DigginForGold
      @DigginForGold  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      +brendo mac I like them a lot. They're neoprene. They're warm and comfortable, but a little more pricey. And yeah they keep the water out.
