I was a service tech at a Peterbilt dealership in the 80s and 90s. We worked on all semi trucks. I always enjoyed working on these Fords, they were totally different than every other semi on the road.
Just gotta love them Blue Ovals !!! 🔥 🔥 🔥
O-H-I-O Porter greetings 🇺🇸 Well, you did a nice job on this as well. This is one sweet looking rig! I always love to know the stories behind the trucks. He did such a nice job with this truck & looks like he takes such great care of it. Thanks for doing what you do. Blessings my friend! 🥰🤩✌️
What a great truck!
Ford was ahead of its time.
The dash gauges were all clocked to read normal at 3 o’clock.
You scanned across an all was well if everything was pointed 3 o’clock!
Aerodynamics too!
👍👍
❤it!
Another good man with another good story. Thanks MFR
This brings bag memories. I've spent many, many hours in that truck. I'm so glad it's being preserved.
Thank you Rhonda. Rodney and your kids have always super kind to me and my family at events. 🇺🇸🏁🏆😊
The dash on the Aeromax is just as good looking as the 359 dash o’ class.
These trucks make me nostalgic ❤😢
Always did like the Ford Cab interior and unique dash lay out. Its been a good amount of years now , but back then the people a hand full of us ran for a guy that moved grain out of the smaller elevators and off some farms to the terminal close to Interstate by I-70 and Railroad at Colby Kansas in western Ks. The paint jarred a memory of 2 trucks very close looking with the same body and paint . We all had plenty of BS time during the week waiting in line. Forgot their names but they were owned a couple that farmed and and raised cattle. One hired hand to take care and feed the cattle. They were All 3 in upper 60's or low 70's. They restored my idea of being great friends with marriage. Shoot they even hauled their cattle together to sale barn. He would unload first then pull out to line her up and unload her. Meanwhile he did books and whatever needed looked at giving her time to get coffee and a donut or whatever , or something for lunch then off again , most all winter or when there was time. Man they had it going on and could afford to do or get anything that they wanted. Deffinatly Ford People , he said nothing else was on the place and never got rid of any. I guess she used to ride with him in the "Old Truck" a big tall air bagged Ford Cabover. He told her long ago one day she should learn to drive a truck , they could doube their income.Told him wasnt much different than the grain truck or feed wagon as insides basicly , these just had a bed. So they went to Dealer , got good deals and got to truckin in their latest Fords just like this or very close.
Wow, so clean! It's such a pleasure to see these trucks! Thanks so much! Peace --gary
Thanks for watching!
The owner sounds like a dude 😎 What an awesome rig. So good that the truck has such a great custodian.
Great looking truck, really appreciate his passion for the truck 😊😊😊😊😊😊

Perfect livery - red, white and blue.
That’s awesome
What a beauty and the story behind it definitely makes it complete.. The only other person i know who has one is Mr.. James Pretty... not as quite nice but he has one there definitely a rare item theses day's..
I have another Aeromax to share as soon as I can get the voiceover recorded with my friend
Damn I would like that truck!!
For this old timer that started his driving career in the early 70's I'd take that Ford over the Pete any day of the week.
Gorgeous LTL.
