I loved the ltl,visibility was great.the company gave me the keys along with a couple plugs and and hose clamps.they told me the plug were for fuel line repair 'when' I ripped off the crossover.never did use em'.but it sure was close.

I love it! Fun fact, the same guy in Chattanooga that painted this LTL is the same guy that painted my Aeromax. His name is Mike Lee. I’ve got some photos of this LTL when it was in the body shop. The previous two owners did a great job with it. I’m glad that Terry has it now. I know that he’ll have some fun with this ole Ford.

Beautiful paint ! I never cared for those old Fords. Probably because that’s what I started in back in the day. The older Ford from late 70’s.
I drove one like this one, in the mid 90’s.
It had a 5&4 double overdrive. That’s where the last 2 gears in the H pattern are opposite, the normal pattern. In the main transmission only.
Ford war seiner Zeit sehr weit vorraus .Das Kabinen -Innen Design wirkt sehr modern auch die karosserie. Der gesamte Lastzug ist ein Eye Catcher 👍

Yeap we had them here in Australia.
Used to see them everywhere still around doing local work always great looking with the square headlights.
A limited edition here was know as “ Kentucky Runner “ don’t know why.

Ford really has some great styling in that era. But that Hendrickson spring ride made them unpleasant at times
