Thanks for sharing .Yes go for a walk and talk to mine friends .While walking the dog .We need to talk about our feelings .Yes some day are better than others .But we need to stay with positive people .Not people who said put yourselves together.So lucky had true friends .Also Music is good for mine health and well being .
