Thank you for talking about toppers! I’m still at that stage. Though I do have a couple of wigs, I’m still more comfortable with a topper that blends with my bio hair. Or I use a scrunchy bun. I don’t have enough hair to pull into a ponytail, so I bobby-pin my hair together, put a clip into the bobby pins, then wind the scrunchy around the clip.
Please do talk more about toppers... especially on days like today where the idea of wearing a wig out in that heat makes me cringe and hide in my house. Love all your videos. :)
I wear toppers exclusively, as I still have enough bio hair to blend with them. Mine are so easy to put on and go! Plus, the heat in Vegas...I don't think I could deal with a full wig. Although, I see so many I'd love to try. Especially Belle Tress. My current favorite toppers are Jon Renau 18" in Shaded Praline ❤

I wear these two toppers all the time-one straight, one wavy. Being from the same company the colors are the same and you can wear them as sister wigs to each other!
I just bought a Top of Head topper. I ended up fluking out with the color as it is pretty much a perfect match with my bio hair. I have not worn it yet as I just got it yesterday, but I think I am going to wear it to work tmrw. I love your videos Amanda
I've got Frontal Fibrosing Alopecia (FFA), so I guess a topper would be the right thing, and probably I would have to move the clips on the side/temple. However, since FFA also means that my scalp is itchy, red, tender, inflamed (especially during a flare-up) I worry that the clips will be really painful? As any pulling on the bio-hair is painful.
Can you use any dry shampoo to help with shine or does it have to be specific for synthetic hair? I tried researching this and just cannot find anything specific. Thanks for sharing. Loved this!
