Unfortunately due to a very low viewership I will not be continuing with the franchise (maybe I will watch as an uncut Patreon Exclusive at some point) but I really had fun with this film!! Demolition Man Fact: Scenes from the movie were filmed at the "Bird" house in Delray Beach, Florida. The mansion stood nearly completed and vacant for years before it was purchased. The new owner advertised in Variety for a movie company to use the mansion in a movie and blow it up. By the end of filming, only the swimming pool was left.
I liked this movie! It was the first Bad Boys movie I saw in theaters with my parents! We laughed our asses off at how crazy this movie was from start to finish! Yet critics called this movie disgusting and racist in how they portrayed Jamaicans and Cuban drug dealers. Critic Roger Ebert called it " the Worst Action Movie Ever Made."
I remember the critics destroying this movie when it came out but I absolutely enjoyed every minute of it. My only regret is that I never saw it in theaters. If it ever got rereleased (as a special anniversary or something), I would be first in line to watch it. And lol did Michael Bay direct anything in between Bad Boys movies? Oh, just some obscure films no one ever heard of: The Rock (1996); Armageddon (1998); Pearl Harbor (2001) lol
Yeah but not a better movie than the first ones. it have the worst twist ever. sorry not really a fan from the third movie. i love the second movie so much - the best bad guy and the music theme for him i love it. because i was so shocked after pearl harbor with this shit two love a one lovestory. it was better in the directors cut - but michael bays worst movie.

The witch had been a joke too. A film that I quickly erased from my brain. Sorry is my opinion if you like him it's fine and I'm not one for logic. But there was too much that annoyed and bored me. Just happened too often.
Trevor Rabin did a great score for not enough time. Dr Dre make only the additional Music but with Steve Jablonsky. Jablonsky did after that a lot Music for Michael Bay Movies. Special the Transformers Movies, The Island and Pain & Gain. The Cameraman Amir Mokri one of the best in Hollywood.
You need to watch the original Bad Boys 1983 movie. Absolutely nothing to do with these generic action films. A cool crime drama film set in a juvenile detention center, starring Sean Penn, Esai Morales, and Clancy Brown. From Shawshank. Clancy's 1st movie. Before Highlander.👍
Agree with you that movie is a bit long. That sequence with car chase where corpses fall from the truck - all that could have been cut out and movie better for it.

Mark Mancia's score was so epic and he apparently did the 2nd one too but it was rescored at Michael's Bay insistence. That really pissed me off
