I can't find a Mitsubishi ac from Japan in my country, all the Mitsubishi ACs are actually from Thailand, there are ones from Turkey as well, but I don't want that. I want a Japanese Mitsubishi, wouldn't that be best? Mitsubishi is a Japanese company after all, not Thai or Turkish
Mitsubishi Air Conditioners are Inferior quality products. It’s easy to breakdown due to fragile parts. I bought a Mitsubishi Air Conditioner MXY-3G28VA2 on Jan 2018. Now it's Cooling Fan, Control PC Board spoiled. The seller said it's natural damage. If a human die at his 70s, 80s years old, it’s natural ; but if he die at his 7 or 8 years old, it’s not natural, it’s abnormal. Obviously this is due to the poor quality of Mitsubishi Air Conditioners.
The model which you mentioned is a Mitsubishi Electric starmex. The one shown in the video is Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. Both are completely different companies with the same name.

Mitsubishi Heavy SRK / SRC-35ZS-S in 3 years had a problem with the board. We bought Japanese for warranty and it turned out to be defective.
