I was there, 21st row center on the floor. What a wild night. The fans were going absolutely nuts. When those lights went down, the roar of the crowd was the loudest I have ever heard at a show, and I've been to a slew of concerts. There were a few glitches that got covered up in the Kissology release, namely the pyro being off cue in spots. Gene was still trying to recapture his stalk and tongue flick, that was funny to watch. I love how Ace starts laughing a minute into the show because his strap comes undone lol. This is the only Kiss lineup. I know it, you know it, Gene and Paul know it. That night was magic.
The place was sooo ...full of electricity. It wasn't like the KISS 'reunion concerts after it, sort of a KISS and Sell feeling/mentality, this really was a special time.

Yeah, I had the same feeling! It was like a Time Warp and Kiss was from the Seventies. They had that Seventies Party Vibe with them! Incredible! That was the Reunion Tour to see and I’m glad I saw the original four! My favorites are Ace and Peter anyway. They knew how to Party! A good time was had by All!
I saw this tour in Las Vegas. Couldn't even believe I was seeing the original members. Been a fan since '76. But saw them live for the 1st time in '83.

I saw a few shows on this historic tour. Everyone was jacked. Outside the venues were enormous inflatable Kiss characters. There was more excitement in the air than back in the 70s.
I saw them 2 nights at the Forum in LA and cried my little eyeballs out! I was 22 at the time and had been a fan since 74 when my Mom went to the historic KISS (Acrobat) show at Long Beach Arena pregnant with me.
The story behind this show and the city allowing them to be the first act to play the stadium made the event a momentous occasion for rock fans in the area. I never listen to kiss much but I wanted to see aic.
