Chad is freaking awesome I like the way he teaches very clear about things it's your imagination let her run wild I wish I was 25 years younger and in perfect health which I ain't but there's no crime and learning with your eyes the good intentions are always there God bless you for teaching other your craft.

Love your work Chad you and Jolene are awesome she keeps you honest LOL. Actually you're the most honest man on TV and you speak your mind and I love the way you design cars. Can't wait for the next season of Bad Chad
Thank you chad and jolene for these videos also Chad you have so much knowledge and information and it’s great that you wanna pass it on for free and you do it in a way so anybody can understand and learn it also it’s amazing getting to watch you on your Journey and would be so amazing to go for a drive someday and get to meet you all and walk around your yard and see all the amazing stuff you have kicking around
Just found & subscribed to your channel. Great info ! will help me greatly when I start on my 41 Dodge Luxury Liner 3 window that I picked up last year. I have a metal fab business but it's mostly heavy material and machining, automotive sheet metal is a whole nother animal !
From what I can tell by seeing the original Bugatti's from videos and seeing your created Bugatti on video, you are amazingly accurate in making a copy. IMO, few others could ever even try to make a duplicate Bugatti and yours is spot on.
I love your work people would make fun of me because I would use anything on a car like you do I glad to see you doing the same keep up the great work makes me want to get out in the garage
Both of those builds are epic, awesome just the two of you working together to take them to completion. That other project is fierce hope there’s plenty of chrome jewellery on it at the end or even that copper chrome look. Hope Jolenes locked a few colour choices in for the Bugatti, pearl and metallic flakes would look good for the curves 🤙🏾
Coat hanger wire will make an easier to grind weld. Probably more ductile with a closer metal match to old metal. New cars use high tensile strength sheet to reduce thickness and weight
I too have a similar Lincoln model. One question .023 wire. I see why the higher heat setting to melt in the clothes hanger material At the same time. I enjoyed your presentation I see it very useful for welding thin materials. Changing the interline helps and changing the tips or cleaning them. Thanks CHAD!
Y’all are great together that’s love,I’m going to have to get me a good one like joline chad your a BADASS godbless both of you and wish both of you the best
I'm use to be a welder fitter, I learned how to weld many years ago with a coat hanger with Oxy and Acetylene its called fusion welding. Farmers use to do it on old farm equipment many years ago so do old body men.
Question, er70s2 wire or er70s6 ? The er70s6 as i understand it is easier to work with, a softer alloy, like if you need to metal work it. Seems i learn more and more as days go on. Good explanation about jumping around to keep from warping the metal. Preventing warpage is way easier than trying to fix it. Tack a 3 foot piece of square tubing to a bench, its amazing how much it moves as it cools.
Question: what size MIG wire do you use? Suggestion: Get some TIG filler rod. It's not expensive and it will be consistent. Coat hangers are made as cheaply as possible; not really a good filler material.
Good advice Chad, You ever need help let me know. I spent some time working on cars , bikes etc,,, Will be watching the show Thursday Night! Youre gonna have to record Jolene welding on the car fenders, it would be cool.
Unfortunately here in oz we don't get Bad Chad Customs, so we dont see a lot of your fine work. Boohoo. Would like to see more, have only been watching you for a short time so will catch up on all your previous vids. Thumbs up.
Chad your wicked mint!!!
I like how you speak clearly and simply explain what you are doing.

Road kill has sold out, Vice Grip is starting to sell out; Chad keeps true to his path which is much appreciated. Thanks Chad.
True that bro it ends up All about the money..
Success is selling out?
@@STAY-GOLD-VINYL - Road kill lost its Quan, is that success? Chad is worth 90 mil and sticks to his path, that's all I'm saying.

Great job Chad and Jolene!
Best welding advice ever. Used my first coathanger the other day to bridge the gap in my cowl to window, worked perfect

When i was doing body work on Chrysler & Doges in the 50s the tolerance was 1/4 inch.
The two of you make a great team, keep it up.

Great inventive mind..
Please keep those videos coming.
I'm watching em all from the UK across the pond lol
Wow, I've got essentially the same welder and I was at C-2.5/3 for my wire speed. Going to juice it up and see how it goes!
I always used the insulation support wires, but coat hangers work too
Cool stuff thanks Chad.
Never seen the coat hanger trick with mig.. interesting to see how that works.
Just love your work chad glad to see you back on the Bugatti that's when I first started to watch your channel

I'm use to be a welder fitter, I learned how to weld many years ago with a coat hanger with Oxy and Acetylene its called fusion welding. Farmers use to do it on old farm equipment many years ago so do old body men.
Where do you get all of your sayings? They crack me up.

Your giving or GOLD in this video.
Always amazing videos and CARS!
Really enjoying this.
Thanks for the tips!
For those of us that have welders that show amps and wire speed, what does B-5 1/2 convert to?

Great tech session again
Love the vidios chad. Learnin alot. Thanks keep up the great work😁👍

Love your work goes to show one does need a million dollar shop
Chads the man! Good work buddy
Aren't the coat hangers pretty high carbon content. But you make it work. Good work, I learn alot from your videos. Thank you.✌️👍🤘
You should use Tig rod instead the welds would be way better . And you have size options
Good advice Chad, You ever need help let me know. I spent some time working on cars , bikes etc,,, Will be watching the show Thursday Night! Youre gonna have to record Jolene welding on the car fenders, it would be cool.

There's usually a coating on those coat hangers, I guess it doesn't bother much, must burn off.
i think you guys should post a picture or short clip with a link to the youtube video on instagram, id like to see longer in depth videos
very beautiful work is a real artist congratulations my brother success
Iam taking your advice! C-6 haven't been there yet!
I’m looking forward to see how you address the drip channel to keep the wash/rain water from intruding into the interior of the Bugatti!
Awesome 👍
The best out there
He reminds me of my college instructor, he explains things so even the biggest dummy can understand it
I think that Bugatti is going to be one awesome ride!
Another day another vehicle!!!👍🆒🚗
I know if you had to , you could turn shit into ice cream ! Love your videos
Great work question could you have taken down the door hinges and could you restore my car
is there also a video how to make the nice holes for the headlights ?
Really enjoy your stuff, I’m in Tennessee so to me you have a accent. Are maybe I do
Nice car.
With the Bugatti, seems like adding a rubber seal between door and body will be challenging with it boxed in without a flange.
Truly incredible and unique 👽☠️👽☠️👽☠️👽
Nice
i love this and i dont even own a bugatti
The cars are looking awesome Chad and Jolene bad Chad you have discovered something as rare as hen's teeth that's a woman that stands by you
You need a special rod to weld stainless to carbon it will not hold forever stainless is a different properties
