  • This video will show you step by step to remove the carburetor and also change a gas valve in the inside of the carburetor And then reinstall , When removing the Gas tank I put the video upside down for 14 seconds so the gas don't drip out of the gas tank. Check out my other video on how to turn off all your lights even when you press the breaks. all lights off switch.

I gotta tell ya, this is the most no-nonsense tutorial I've ever seen. just a simple step by step for a layperson like me. amazing job 10/10 if my bike starts today it'll be because of your help.

Thanks for uploading this video, I just got done with my first carb rebuild and rejet, the little Yammie runs like a champ now (doesn’t even need to warm up too long, she was a nightmare before).
I bought the manual but your video was even more detailed and informative, you filled in the gaps I spent a bit of time scratching my head on. Great accent by the way, “throttle” had me grinning ear to ear!

You do good work. Saved me time being bent over destroying my back trying to figure out how the fuck the choke cable disconnects

Thank you. These are easy to work on once you get the damned thing off. I think getting it back on is worse. Thanks again and love the accent.

The screws on the bike are not actually Phillips. They are JIS, (Japanese Industrial Standard). That is why they strip easy. The taper is a bit different. You can get away with using a JIS screwdriver on a Phillips screw, but not the other way around.

Everything went smooth until trying to put the carb back on. I don’t understand how to get the left side in.. it’s impossible to get it to fit inside the rubber. What am I doing wrong? I’m this video he does it in a matter of seconds. I tried to copy each movement and it just doesn’t fit
