Sorry this is a bit late lol 16:20 but you should try bicep curls (really easy) and work your way up, also it’s good to make use of machines in the gym as they are adjustable and can prep you for the real weightlifting
Also I struggle with the eczema on my hands too😭 you might be allergic to something for me creams helped but it only went away when I took allergy tablets(still don’t know what I’m allergic too lmao)

The first season is absolutely ridiculous, and its made worse by the fact that they are kids. I'd 100% recommend death note if you havent seen it tho, its very enjoyable with very minimal fanservice. I can only recall like two scenes with it and neither was bad
