I imagine the contract negotiations are set up that way because you can imagine someone else on the airline side who wants to negotiate to lower their costs, while you want to increase them

Ithink your problems com from:
1. Emergency stand Shuttlebus Stop and Servicecar Stop should be assiggned those at the Terminal.
2. Catering ist not caused from vehicles, but from the productionspeed in the Catering vasillety
And re assining the Servicecar stand solves the Bagage problem on the emergency stand, Ramp agents do the Handling between Aircraft/Beltloader and the Bagage Trucks
The Remote Stands dont need a a Shuttle Bus stop or service car station near them, the stand itself handles the Bus and the service car on the plane side (like all the other vehicles like baggage, stairs, fuel trucks etc.). You need all the Shuttle Bus stops (multiple per stand possible) and service car stations (one can service multiple remote stands if I remember correctly) all connected to the terminal because the passangers and ramp agents need to get to them. All this is explaned pretty good in the tutorial.
also think about baggage unloading belts, all purchased ones are assigned to specific stands and cannot serve the emergency plane in case it'd be necessary (think it was at the end of the video, visible at 53:18)

Small fix on baggage...the tier threes: first one passes to second one to double check before incineration, so there should be no connection between first tier three and incinerator...only the second.

Your guardian helper is here with some tips 👼
1)i) I'm not a fan of the Remote stands, they're really finicky in my opinion. From what I'm aware, the require all the services a normal attached, and non-Emergency stand would need.
ii)The Emergency stands, depending on the emergency that is happening, May require the whole plane deboarding, which is why you need all the services to it. the larger the plane as well, the less it makes sense to make them remote, as the large craft can carry up to about 400-600 passengers (on a 100% setting) so the busses will have to take multiple trips for all the people on them.
iii) I believe the emergency stand will need to be marked as International to service an International Emergencies.
2) Also I believe, the service car needs to be connected to the terminal. You don't need the parking areas next to the stand at all, as they will just park on the stand itself.
3) Also noticed you assigned a lot of your vehicles to one depo, weirdly, the Debos only show how many vehicles are in the depo at the time, not how many are assigned to it. Figured this out when it would let me assign like 30 to one, I'm guessing they just auto unassign themselves if they cannot fit into a Depo.
4) your catering I'm not really sure, maybe you may need a few more vehicles or speed up the meal preparing. It may have been a problem after so long of flight due to some more full/larger flights coming in at a time.

He just needs to connect the shuttle and service stand to the one in the middle. I believe the one directly on the stand are not needed. You can see that the bus transported the passengers just a few meters to the right. They dont have a path to exit the airport

emergency stand not unloading baggage because you dont have a belt truck for it.
Havent played this game at all but for the catering issue i think u have trucks unassigned to any depot 😢so it might help the ones being slow
Split the load between the two baggage bays. That way you aren't paying employees to stand around and there is less likelihood of a backup.
Good idea! Otherwise the other guys are just idling half the time anyway
I enjoy the chill vibes of yours videos but some of the timelapses can be harsh on the eyes, especially when you're going through menus and they flash on the screen.
you are doing remote stand wrong! You only need one service stop and one shuttle bus stop, the buses and cars go between the stops and the stand directly. people get on the vehicles at the stops and get off at the stands.
Why is security first and check in later? People can't carry luggage that long. It needs to be luggage first and then security.
Did your catering facilty produce enough?

catering depot and waste depot need pubic road and service road to fully work finally contract.

I am sorry to say. But your catering is wrong. When you go on the building you are only making 5X times catering, thats the reason your trucks can't feed every aricraft. You need to put it on 10X making speed. If that still doesen't work than you just need to make more form them whit 10X speed making until you make enough food, for your whole airline. Just for the record love your series want to see it more and you can do it whit your airport.
I don't know that's true, if I go into the depot it's showing my prepared meals are at 5000/5000. I watched the trucks and they were just bugged out, there were plenty of meals available but the truck was just going around in circles.

It works better if if it is cleared by tier 1 and then has to go through their 2 and 3
