The lack of base with Ring of Fire is what makes me really like it! Makes it versatile and also no risk of staining. Hard agree about Shipwreck too! I don't have any of those black to red shifting shades because it's just not something i see myself using a lot. But Shipwreck makes me want to do the most beautiful smokey eye.

I've been on the lookout waiting for you to upload this. The palette is so pretty along with all the new multichromes in it but for me having a decent size collection already and to spend that kind of $$ I would have to love every single shade before I drop that kind of coin. I was most excited for Cephalopod but moment you put it on I was like 'that's a GlamShop shade!' but I wasn't sure if it was Wektor or Lazer - luckily I have both. Again, if it was a single then I would 100% buy it anyway.

Im surprised you didn't compare salt water pearl to ice blink! It's also giving the shade bubbles from the evm clionadh collab! ✨ *Honestly, I adore clionadh but im definitely not picking this up. I own all of these shades sometimes 3x over with the exception of salt water pearl. 😅
Ohhh that’s interesting it honestly didn’t even occur to me to compare them! In retrospect I also wish I compared it to cake bomb from devinah and atlas from TM so I think I’ll compare them all on my stories with ice blink!
Yes!! I'll have to keep an eye out for that. I did a comparison last year for the shade bubbles from dragonfruit to looxi starboy & Adonis. Up to that point, those were the closest shades I had to bubbles. To my eye saltwater pearl look similar but I could be wrong! 😅

My adult children need their money more than I do but I'll be using my husband's credit card. ❤😂 I love that they will allow codes to work. I only have 10 other of their shadows (6 from one shopping trip and 4 the next(because I also got polishes with that order)) and spent days or weeks even deciding on which colors to own and this palette will be a good different variety that I won't have to stress about which shades to pick.
I don’t have any multichromes at all yet and I always get overwhelmed when I try to pick some out to purchase. I’ll definitely be picking this up ASAP since it solves both problems!
At first I was excited when I saw the initial palette reveal, but not so much when I began to see swatches on IG. I need to love every shade when I purchase a bundle/palette at this price or else it’s just not worth it. I’m still drawn to at least 4 shades though and if they eventually release them as singles, I will definitely grab them. Thank you for all your hard work as usual ❤
Wowzie this palette is super fun. And ye love the glossy transparent sparkle shadow and indeed would make a great topper. Though the other color stains?? Yes love the foiled finish of Fools Gold. I like the green, kind of a gun metal green super fun. And WOWZIE the next shade is SPICY! I like the lilac shade even if you were underwhelmed by it. The sea inspired colors are so misty in fun sparkly kind of way. I so need to try some shadows like this for FW. Thanks for sharing this and reviewing all these fun palettes. The Pastel Roses shade Dreamcatcher could be a dupe for Cephalopod I saw another comment say that it looks like newly released Frozen Waves from Devinah and that shade was an exact dupe to Dreamcatcher
Thank you for the video. This collection is relatively boring compared to previous releases from the brand. I am skipping this one since I was hoping for different shades according to the sea theme, plus a lot of them are already dupable in my collection.
That was soooo helpful! At first glance I was super intrigued but then with your swatches and comparison I knew I had already very similar shades, and some didn't really interest me. I would rather buy separately the two shades that I might want (saltwater pearl and shipwreck) if Clionadh plans on selling those separately in the future.

Hopefully you haven't gotten eight million of this comment, but Scuba/S.C.U.B.A. is actually an acronym, even though we often don't see it treated as such. It's stands for Self Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus. So just calling it Scuba is correct imo. Unsurprised that the CC gals would write it the correct way lol.
This is pretty but I would rather send spend the money and get the shades I want from them. I am always excited for their palettes but then let down once the reveal

Personally I find the color story a bit random, and not that cohesive and it doesn't necessarily reflect a deep sea/ pirate cove theme imo. I would trade in the warm pops of color for more emeralds and teals. And the fact some of them really look similar to already existing shades from other brands, mainly Glamshop which I don't buy from anymore, but at least they're more accessible to me, and it's not just in terms of price point. As it stands Clionadh doesn't even ship to my country, so if I were to try to get it I'd have to pay almost as much as the price of the palette in shipping and custom fees. Maybe they could try to make their products more accessible to people who don't live in North America... But I guess it all works out in the end, at least my bank account won't be empty by the end of the month.😂
I don’t like the cheap packaging it’s ugly and much prefer higher end hard plastic packaging like their previous palette. The colors didn’t wow me at all and I have lots of Clionadh I’m going to pass. I appreciate the video. This video only made me more interested in more TM shades lol sorry.

I'd say the Cephlapod shade reminds me of the shade "Self" in the Oden's Eye Norn's eyeshadow palette.

I thiiiink Dior's Pearlescent Glow highlighter is similar to Salt Water Pearl if you build it up, but it's just silver-white to blue.
