I got this video from my head of educational directorate. He shares me a link and give a positive value. I click the link and watching the video. That correct the video is so interesting and impact full if practicing in classroom.
The video talk about dedicating in classroom. At that school student start the day by dedicating class to someone important in their lives. This practice interest to me because I never know before an idea and I thought I can practice in my classroom.
I will review some of the dedicating from students. For the first student he dedicates to her grandfather. Her grandfather is a professional soccer player in northeast Ireland. He mentions her grandfather is the only catholic in all protestant team. At the first was getting discriminating against from all fans. Her grandfather inspiring to her to never give up every day.
The second student turn is who dedicate to Mahatma Gandhi. Inspiration from Mahatma Gandhi because he is taking care to other before himself.
This is a simple way to create a positive vibe in classroom, and then will be benefit with impact full. The student will respect to other and will increase their motivation in studying.

It seems impossible in certain contexts but it where it is needed the most. It will probably take longer but it is worth trying. I understand where you are coming from, though.
