That 60 series will last forever. My oilrig I run has a one. We run it all day long and rev the shit out of it. Usually 14 hours a day on average. Starts up everytime in 100f to -35f. Take care of it and it will take care of you.
IMHO this was the best production coach of it's time other than a Country Coach. The luxury and interior finish is top of the line. The chassis sets it apart. I don't like the propane and the solid front axle. The wheel cut is not a good as an IFS but that is mitigated somewhat by lifting the rear tag axle. I would have bought one of these if it would have been available when we purchased our Wanderlodge. The Wanderlodge still out specs it but the Monaco has a more finished interior IMHO. Really appreciate you and Doug going through the numbers. Thanks again Andrew for the video. This is a great coach and a tremendous value for someone that knows quality.
I have a Monaco 60 series Detroit triple crown 42.5 ft and on the last trip a Povost passed me so I had to takeoff behind him and paced him ,then he found that our Monaco was his equal in power. I so enjoyed that day.
Boys! My comment on the carpet is this: In the sleeping area especially, it's warm fuzzy and comfy on your feet, The same statement goes for the salon area. I travel with a couple who use silk throw rugs to "upgrade' their Coach living area, as far as the NORCOLD GAS REFER is concerned, If It ain't broke don't fix it"! I know more rvers that REGRET the full electric plans.God loves gas! Just an observation: Andrew the Residential kitchen table was not pushed back in to the wall slide. I have the same system in MY Monaco and travel on foot through the "tube" with the slide in is no problem. GREAT COACH! ThomyT
Just great 👍🏻 thank you both for your input and I have to add that together you are quite a team. I’m certain that Andrew is assisting your sales Doug and you should be proud of his close association with you. I’m seeing some wonderful motorhomes and I will definitely be calling in when I come over to make my purchase. Thank you so much and keep showing us the potential for living the life in the way of the motorhome community 💫
Great looking Monaco Signature. I owned a 2002 Signature and absolutely loved it! It was like driving a lazy boy down the highway! Sold it to upgrade to one similar to this. Can't wait to see what you have purchased Andrew.
Monaco has been on my list for sometime as a solid built coach to look into when we trade our 2020 Class C leprechaun when we decide we want more space and a more live able unit ..I learned a few things I hadn’t read that were visible in your video about Monaco..👍🏻
The RV is nice. What I look for is the size of the shower. I love room in the shower to move and to sit down while showering. I like the King bed to be super comfortable. Must have a raised toilet. The driver seat must be able to adjust back and the steering wheel tilts up. I love all the airbags on this RV. The RV must be fairly easy to service. Oil, filters, belts, hose, antifreeze, and dark water dump, freshwater load up. Great looking RV Andrew.
I love your older coach reviews. It's fun to see your 2022 provost's but these older beauty's are affordable and within reach of most buyers. I liked the financing information at the end. Your videos are superb!
My dad is from the state where they made this. Would love to get something like this as a gift for him. So functional yet elegant! It’s not perfect but when something is only great at its worst, you know it’s wonderful.
Creamy! Thats the term we used back then to describe the Monaco 10R foundations ultra smooth ride. This is why I have an 06! This is a fine piece of iron, worth acquiring and updating!
I have a 03 Dynasty Tag Axle with the 8.9 Liter Cummins which is the same chassis, I absolutely love it. My coach has the same type of shower as this one and it's the best RV shower I've been in. My only regret on my coach is I wish it had a bigger engine for when we tow the race car trailer.
Poor baby, spent its entire life in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and was abandoned in Kentucky 🤪. Truly an awesome rig High praise if AS says nicer then a Country Coach
My Wife and I really enjoy the knowledge you bring on your channel. We have learned so much about models, values, features, and what the market prices are for a huge variety of coaches. We will be ready to make our purchase by Summer/Fall 2022 and would buy from one of your sellers for sure. Safe travels!!
Andrew probably purchased the non-slide Prevost from Doug. That coach had the series 60. At 199K that is an amazing coach. th-cam.com/video/O0QVugSoaF0/w-d-xo.html
Really love the coach just wish they had Rear bath instead of the mid Bath, and a residential frigerator. I could see that setting in my Driveway Great video Andrew Can't wait to hit the road full time. Hope these good deals Are available when I'm ready To buy
The slides in my 2012 Tiffin Allegro Breeze 32BR are damn near too fast, easily twice as fast as the slides in that Monaco. Not saying that to brag, I wish they could be slowed down! That rig and that era of Monaco/Holiday Rambler are my dream rigs bar none, the peak of awesomeness.
I think if you check on the Aladdin System you'll find the fuel capacity is 188g and fresh water is 100. I have an '05 Exec which is almost the same thing.
The ride in these is super smooth. My biggest complaint is the switch for the tag axle. It really needs a guard on that switch. Too easy to raise the tag axle while driving. Ask me how I know.
Very nice! But wait a minute! You just said you bought something with the Detroit in it!!! Did you do that just to leave us hanging? Come on come on come on! Tell us.
Andrew I’d really like to see you review a 2022 Tiffin Allegro Breeze 31BR. It’s the shortest diesel pusher out there I think and it’s not as wide as normal diesel pushers and I’d love to see your review of one. Thank you!!!
My father in law has a 45’ Monaco (07) it’s been a very reliable coach, he is in his late 70s and takes it all over the country, he loves it. 76,000 miles on an 05 coach , looks very clean. Looking forward to your reveal video 🤔😜
Great review -- QUESTION -- For pre DEF engines, what's better the Detrioit Series 60 or the CAT in the Beaver motor homes (think it is a C12 or something)?? Why?
Thank you Andrew for showing this coach. Not bad for how old it is. It’s a beautiful Rv and it still drives very well. Thank you again Andrew. Hope you and your girl friend have a Happy New Year!
Definitely not a Prevost, but bang for the buck, that's a lot of coach! Detroit Series 60 Quad Slides That Shower 10 Airbags All the additional driving features And pretty quiet on that road test for a production coach!
It’s a great coach and in very nice condition for it’s age. Doug I’m not understanding how you can say that entry/living area carpet is “clean” though. It clearly can be replaced with wood or tile but 7-10k isn’t chump change. Enjoyed the video.
Why didn't the owner fix that rear passenger body damage with his insurance?? Why would a new owner want to pay thousands to fix it- it does take thousands to fix it, I have had to do it. I don't want a double couch type floorplan. A little high priced
Great video Andrew super Motor coach looks sweet take great care of yourself I hope you have a wonderful New year and you're love one's stay healthy Andrew Happy New year 2022🎉🎊

Beautiful coach Andrew! I love it when you show the coaches us mortals can afford. Doug gets some great inventory.
Good to see these coaches again! I worked for Monaco Coach Corp 2001-08 in the Oregon diesel pusher plant 🙂
I own a 2000 Monaco dynasty and live in it full-time. And it does drive like a dream I love this coach

Personally I appreciate these coaches for what they are.....if you want all the modern updates.....then buy a new one. Another great video Andrew.
Monaco and Country Coach were and still are upper end units.
Like going to Grandma's for Christmas, always marveled how good a shape her 20 yr old couch was. That's the feeling this coach gives me.
Doug said it Best..'Timeless' must watch all the way through.. Thanks 👍 to Andrew Steele..'The cats meow' I am a huge Monaco fan since 1995
These are my favorite coaches, and this is an excellent example. It just doesn't get any better than this!
Glad you were able to show the Sig, and drive it. A good match for the Country Coach.
I have a Monaco 60 series Detroit triple crown 42.5 ft and on the last trip a Povost passed me so I had to takeoff behind him and paced him ,then he found that our Monaco was his equal in power. I so enjoyed that day.
love that you added the "payments" - very helpful for those of us looking to start full timing in the coming year or two
Great review Andrew. I really think Doug is the kind of guy you could buy a unit from, throw some steaks on the grill, have a beer, and talk shop.

Great looking Monaco. Thank you Doug and Andrew for the tour. Nice to learn it tracks down the road very well. Happy trails!
What a cool coach! Very ahead of its time

You guys do a great review together- class A’s were never on my radar- but watching this review is really making me rethink our future purchase 🍻

I think the words Fully Loaded was invented for this coach, hell yeah
I love Andrew’s oh s*** moment when he pulled that counter extension out 😄 thanks for the laugh man
😂😂😂
Creamy! Thats the term we used back then to describe the Monaco 10R foundations ultra smooth ride. This is why I have an 06! This is a fine piece of iron, worth acquiring and updating!

7:47 Andrew says 'I just bought one.' Series 60 is the bomb!
Another classic” , well almost hey. Definitely ahead of it’s time. Love the exterior.
So saying you "just bought one" mean you sold the Sprinter?? We need a video of your new Bus.
I still have the Leisure Travel Van, New Coach coming soon

Very nice Monaco. They always made a quality coach.
Love the room in the shower and thx for walking around inside also!!! Customer can clearly see how much room there is 👍💗
Really love the coach just wish they had Rear bath instead of the mid Bath, and a residential frigerator. I could see that setting in my Driveway Great video Andrew Can't wait to hit the road full time. Hope these good deals Are available when I'm ready To buy
Oh man, I am with everybody in that state! Blessings and prayers. Nice ring also :-)
This thing sounds amzing.
I love this coach.
Very nice coach Andrew. I started listening when you said it has radar cruise control. I had no idea that was an option back then.
Nice Coach, But I wish it had Seatbelts! C'mon Andrew, you're my Hero!!!!
Nice coach. $750 for a fill-up in California. Ouch.
Going back in time wouldn't be a bad thing at all.
Lol you really do like your tobacco wood haha! Love your channel man. Come to Illinois this summer!
Curious if air bags have been replaced?...
Those headlights can be swapped for HID bulbs and it will light up that road
Wow! This coach is like the older Newell’s they had 10 airbags also. This is a nice ride just a little dated.

Andrew what did you buy?? You mentioned you have a series 60!!
Great video sir! I would love to drive this one into the sunsets!
Hey Andrew when is the video of your new coach coming
Soon!
Great video of a beautiful coach!

How so?

You are a couple of months early.... I want this coach!

I like the Newmar New Aire but the drive seems intimidating so I was also looking at the Breeze. I hear newmar comfort drive is awesome too.
Seems to me it's kind of unusual not having A TV in the bedroom. What do you think

Really nice! Great value.
Happy New Year to both of you and your families.
God bless you. 🙏👼
Just Curious if this one ever sold.
Yes, we purchased it, my family flew to Kentucky and drove it back to pnw last weekend. It was one of the best trips that we have ever been on.
Great review -- QUESTION -- For pre DEF engines, what's better the Detrioit Series 60 or the CAT in the Beaver motor homes (think it is a C12 or something)?? Why?
Darn, another beautiful coach but for me the dinning is on the wrong side. I don't want to watch the neighbors while I eat.
the pre-EGR 60 series is a great engine
What is the hp of the engine, and what are the tire sizes?
Thank you Andrew for showing this coach. Not bad for how old it is. It’s a beautiful Rv and it still drives very well. Thank you again Andrew. Hope you and your girl friend have a Happy New Year!
Ok, what did you buy? This is the 2nd time you let out a hint about owning another big Coach.
Can you do a vid on taxes i.e...Montana no sales tax..Utah ect...
What is the name of Doug’s Sales lot and where is it located?
127 Auto Mart in Harrudsburg Kentucky
Definitely not a Prevost, but bang for the buck, that's a lot of coach!
Detroit Series 60
Quad Slides
That Shower
10 Airbags
All the additional driving features
And pretty quiet on that road test for a production coach!
I think it is sad how the prices have gone up so much. We have been looking since we sold our C but having a hard time spending the inflated dollars..
It’s a great coach and in very nice condition for it’s age. Doug I’m not understanding how you can say that entry/living area carpet is “clean” though. It clearly can be replaced with wood or tile but 7-10k isn’t chump change. Enjoyed the video.
What would be the operational costs on a coach like this if you lived in it year round?
did not put your seat belt on
Super nice coach
Wait wait wait wait..... "I just bought one"? You let that one slip Andrew. What RV did you get?
Coming soon!
I only wish you would do some engine start-ups in your videos. Otherwise, they're always great!
Keep an eye out for the video I'm posting in a couple hours. Cold start on a Detroit series 60 coming your way.
"I just bought one"? You holding out on us where's the video!?! lol
Coming soon
Why didn't the owner fix that rear passenger body damage with his insurance?? Why would a new owner want to pay thousands to fix it- it does take thousands to fix it, I have had to do it. I don't want a double couch type floorplan. A little high priced
....RICH MAN'S RV MONEY-PIT ...ENJOY!!
