Great audio for meditation. Especially for those of us who saw the film first run in the theatres. If I could offer some constructive criticism: 1. John Carpenter's theme music for the movie would add a thousand fold of ambience to it, were the volume kept secondary to everything else. 2. The addition of numerous audio clips from the movie would be incredible. Don't get me wrong! I just had a mind-trip from this that sent me back a few decades! Gotta love it! 🍺😋👍
Thanks for the input! It's always welcome! I did try to add the soundtrack but kept getting hit with copyright violations so I had to remove it. As for audio clips, I thought I did add several clips from the film. Haven't listened to it in a while though...thanks for watching!
This is the scene I wanted to see in the friggin' movie with the Statue of Liberty's head in the street! Great work with the rats and swinging skeleton. The cars, the audio, even Snake in his jacket.🤘
Great work, as usual! If you're interested in doing a John Carpenter series (to go along with this and your videos for THE THING), may I suggest you go with BIG TROUBLE IN LITTLE CHINA and ASSAULT ON PRECINCT 13? I realize those may not be the obvious choices (I assume most would suggest you finish off Carpenter's Apocalypse Trilogy), but I think these would both be really interesting. (Plus, BTILC is one of my all-time favorite movies.) And as long as I'm making suggestions (and I hope that's okay), I'd love to see you do ambience videos for POLTERGEIST and THE MONSTER SQUAD. I can totally imagine a video set looking up the stairs in the POLTERGEIST house that incorporates elements of the score and dialogue clips, especially from the scene where Tangine warns them about "The Beast". As for MONSTER SQUAD, there are multiple possibilities. You could do one in Dracula's Castle from the beginning of the film, or a video set in the Monster Squad's tree house, or something in the spooky mansion at 666 Shadowbrook Road. But you do you, man. You're killing it. I watch (or at least listen) to your channel every day.
Snake: "Suppose he's dead, Hauk. If I come back without him, you'll burn these things out?" Hauk: "Get 'em both back, Plissken. And remember, once you're inside, you're on your own." Snake: "Oh, you mean I can't count on you?" Hauk: "No." Snake: "Good."
Sorry for Commenting again, but boy I just can’t say enough. This is really fantastic. You do such a great job with these ambiance’s! I get the same feel as with the movie!

@@sinistervids71 It was a charity event party in Albuquerque back in the 90s, and his girlfriend Goldie Hawn was supposed to come, but she had to cancel so he took her place. I used to manage an actor back then, that's how I got lucky and was able to go. He was the nicest celebrity I've ever met.
I don’t believe this SINISTER!! You really do have rats here!!🐀😀 Maybe that you can make the video of what I described for you of not just the rats eating on the corpses but also of the crows and the cats adapting to the life of the ZA!
“Call me Snake”. Carpenter’s specialty is atmosphere, and really nails it with this movie! One of my favorite movies of all time, hands down
One of the Greatest Action Suspense movies of the last Century.
"Nice boots". "Nice night". "I'm walkin". "I'm walkin".
One of the funniest scenes, haha.
A great classic. Snake Plissken.
I grew up with him and others of that period.
Brain: "Snake, I swear to God, I thought you were dead!"
Snake: "Yeah, you and everybody else."
The rules are simple once you go in you dont come out
Bob Hauk: You going to kill me, Snake?
Snake Plissken: Not now, I'm too tired. Maybe later.
I watched the Ghostbusters movie from 1980s yesterday and it was amazing
It was an exceptional Comedy, it didn't need 3 sequels or a Remake.

Same here thanks!
The obvious problem is how would the hollow Copper head of the Statue get from Liberty Island miles away into Manhattan in one piece.
@@garethmorgan8326 Trust me, a room of inmates can get together and get anything done. A whole city, though? Lol
There's an Escape From New York video game in development. I can't wait to try it out.
Another excellent video. Even the rats are running around. Love it!!
Thank you very much!
Well done
Thanks!
