Couldn't agree more. Most of these ambient videos have a fairly static image with maybe some minor looped animation thrown in, but this is truly impressive showing a unique display of cosmic vistas for the Narcissus to drift through. It's my new go to white noise sleep video to drift off to.
I like your videos. They keep the feel of every movie you make a theme. I'm a 80's baby so these movies are memorable and pretty cool to me. I've got much love for the movies of 80's 90's. Keep up the good work.😀
Ripley was in hyper sleep for 57 years traveling through the core systems. That's actually quite terrifying when you think about it. She's lucky she didn't end up dying out there.
Nice, I wasn't expecting the dialogue, that bad ass transition into the music, or the different camera angles. 🤘 Talk about cosmic horror. Looking into space, the terrible abyss...
Great work, as always! This has become a new favorite of mine. You're timing was perfect. My son saw something on ALIEN: ISOLATION on TH-cam and seemed interested, so I've been replaying it again with him. It's hard to believe the game will be 10 years old in October. It truly is one of the best games of all time. It's such a shame that it didn't meet financial expectations so we will likely never get a follow up to Amanda Ripley's story. I will say this, though: For anyone who wants more of ALIEN: ISOLATION, check out AMNESIA: THE BUNKER. It has very similar gameplay and its monster - while nowhere near as iconic as the xenomorph - follows a similar AI logic. The developers added in a really brilliant mechanic - in order to keep the lights on, you have to gather gasoline to run a generator. You can try to navigate in the darkness, but the monster is bolder in the dark and your flashlight (which you activate by pulling a string) makes a lot of noise and can alert him to your position. It can be really harrowing trying to balance all the different demands on your limited time and resources as you try to escape.
Thanks! It was a great game...I'll say this about my video though. All of the space scenes aren't from Alien Isolation. I created them myself. The opening monologue and the interior shots are from the game though...seemed easier than modeling the entire ship.
@@sinistervids71 You did a great job. Your soundscapes are always amazing, but the video on this one is outstanding. I think it's your best visual work to date.
Slightly off-topic but I think that the Narcissus didn't wander the eternal voids of space without being found until 57 years later by accident. Weyland-Yutani knew there was a survivor and tried to cover it up. Meanwhile they sent other unaware teams to retrieve the alien.
i’m sure you probably don’t take requests, but on the off chance you’d consider it, lady Sylvia’s bath from Lair Of The White Worm would make amazing ambience.
Mmmm hard to answer: the adrenaline to be in the same spot with a xenomorph is very appealing 😅 but floating for eternity without knowing it, it would be…an experience 😂
another one you may look into is the haunting the old one in black and white check out that movie it was creepy the banging and voice talking on the wall paper.......
I wonder how long the systems on the lifeboat would have lasted? I assume they wouldn't have remained on even in sleep mode for all eternity It makes you wonder, though if they haf and she would have drifted alone throughout the universe...
yes... when Gene Roddenberry died they shot his ashes into space. After all those years he is still out there, floating into eternity. I wonder how far he already came
To float helplessly in space while you peacefully sleep towards help or eternity... that's both the way to go and existentially terrifying
This is one of the best movie ambience vids I've ever seen .... Absolutely stunning!!
Wow, thank you!

She would have if James Cameron didn't make Aliens lol
@@sinistervids71Right? Lol
So where’s the 57 year long version?
@@waynegale4709 keep it on repeat..you’ll get there eventually
To find out that your rescue from an eternal journey through open space was down to pure luck...
It would absolutely horrify you
This is the exact type of ambient video I was looking for. Beautiful. Thank you so much. ❤
Glad you found it. Thanks!
This is so scary to be afloat in a deep abyss 😱😱😱😰😰😰
Love this ambience!
Thanks!
“You have my sympathies”
lol
Yooooo.. I can't sleep with that music alerting my senses that there might be an alien onboard with me...

I wish I could re-like that video! I come back to it almost everyday!
Wow, thanks! 🙏🏻
This one is so good! I am reading Alan Dean Foster's 'Alien' book and this ambience makes me feel that I am also a member of 'Nostromo' crew
Awesome thanks!
...Ash.
"Did IQs just drop sharply while I was away!? M'am I've already told you it was not indigenous".
nice
(0:03) So iconic!
Woot! just found another Alien ambience vid, and need to say now one of my favorites. This one I actually like watching while listening LOL
Awesome! Glad you found it 🤟💀
This is by far the best ambience ever
Well thanks!
Visually Stunning. You've put some work into this and it shows. It does complement the sound ambience in quite an immersive way.
Thanks! Yea this was a bit of work!
This is absolutely incredible and beautifully done. No idea how you did it but it’s fascinating to me.
Thank you very much! I created it all in Unreal Engine
@@sinistervids71 Ah thanks, I am still unable to create a donut in that thing lol

Welcome aboard! Thanks for watching!
i love this horror ambience, thanks for making these drew
No prob thanks!
Question: would you rather float in an ice box for 57 years…..or spend 10 more minutes on the nostromo with 1 xenomorph.
Mmmm hard to answer: the adrenaline to be in the same spot with a xenomorph is very appealing 😅 but floating for eternity without knowing it, it would be…an experience 😂
57 years for me
I'd prefer to spend 57 years with my cat than 10 minutes with a xenomorph
There is only going full blown nuclear option when you have a xeno anywhere near you
OMG I love it!!...
Thanks! 🙏🏻

I got a suggestion-
Halloween zombie outbreak?
Thanks for the idea!

Voyager 1 is still active after 47 years and it has entered interstellar space
Love your videos. Havent tried to fall asleep to The Exorcist ones yet though…haha

Amazing to sleep listening to this 🤘🏻

Thanks. I have like 4 Thing videos…search the channel 🤟💀
Do Stu Machers house from scream.
Should have made this video 57 years long, how many terabites of data is that? 🤔😅🤣🤣🤣
That;s the first thing that crossed my mind while making it lol
