I did it in parts so as not to get bored. 1- 800 upper, 200 lower 2 -stamina 1k (1k or 2k) 3- SP 200 (500 or 1k if you try hard) 4- SS 200 (500 or 1k if you try hard) The idea is to keep SP and SS the same (Afterwards it is not necessary) 5-Dura 300 (or 500) 6- RS 100 (or 200) I made up to 250tp Now (i have 391 tp) Stamina( I stopped at 4300, the other 300 I got by doing SP) SP (In day) i have *2200* 7 hours Dura (When I can do it I do it) i have *1400* 3-4 hours SS (I only do it when I go to sleep) i have *1580* 13 hours RS (I do it when I leave the house and come back quickly) i have *1790* 1 hours
Bad guide. People cant do treadmills at all if they grind upper first. Get 800-1k stamina before getting any muscle. And you forget that they gotta grind rs before grinding sp because they wont have any drain
