In the fortress, if you go to the fallen ark tactical transporter, there is often a vault just around the corner in the back of that cave. It's literally like 20m from the spawn point. I'd say about 60-70% of the time its there.

At the fortress if you go to defense line and tp to the temporary safe zone and run into the building next to it they can be two in that room and next to that building is a 2nd spot one can be
