The one thing I hate about abyss world is that sometimes you have to take forced damage. mostly at the 5th checkpoint. to get to the parkour toward the root canal you have to take damage to land and EVEN RIGHT AT THE ROOT CANAL CHECKPOINT WHICH I HAVENT GOTTEN THERE BECAUSE OF FORCED DAMAGE. Saying this to people who say sKiLl iSsUe, read what I replied to someone who said that and keep saying that if you want but just remember, you are not doing something good and you don't have a life if you just spend your whole day searching for people worse than you just to say "sKiLl iSsUe"

Since you go up there for cola and you don't take any damage after that section. The healing is unnecessary during that point. Hope this discovery could save you more time in the future run.

you don't really have to though, just land on the ruin wall, then jump to the pillar
