You said you got $500 in FREE PLAY. Were you able to convert the Free Play to CASH? Please correct me if I’m wrong but Free Play is not The same as On Board Credit. So I’m not sure how you were able to “Cash It Out”

If you got the letter and it had a deadline to reach that amount of points by that time and you didnt because you said you waited till tje last day how did you get it because i reached the amount i needed n hour too late and the host told me tough shit
I stopped playing after I got the freeplay! Like totally stopped playing. It only incentivized me to to play until I got granted the freeplay, which I did.
On our last cruise, my husband got the letter, but I did not, and I had more points, so it was annoying to us. We use AARP every cruise!
