This is my personal opinion, I don't think the tea is healthy because of the amount of sugar content. However, if the chai did not have any sugar, then I would call this a healthy masala chai. To make this chai healthy instead of putting white or brown sugar, you should add in Coconut Sugar instead this is a much healthier alternative to any sugar.
