@sjr100, There is no obligation to speak to police under the Constitution. Recognizing that, if someone elects not to do so AND the police doesn't have probable cause to detain them, why would any Black person agree to a conversation with them *unless* it serves a specific purpose for them? Cops use the logic you're inferring to elicit confession or to create "reasonable suspicion", aka probable cause. An intellectual discussion is always helpful to gain more insight. However, this case is an example of a judge advancing ideas and reasons that amounts to subterfuge.
The cop shot a man in the back of the head resulting in his death which is murder.
The only relevant circumstances here are that the man was running away to prevent an illegal arrest and the cop deliberately shot him in the back of his head
Talk of the cops training and procedure inadequacy is an attempt to obscure the facts and confuse the issues. This in my mind is obstruction of justice by a judge after the fact.
This is Jim Crow laws and tactics up front and out in the open.
The Judge should not be able to continue that job under these circumstances
If the cop can be removed while calling him negligent or poorly trained, why not remove a judge with the same logic applied.
As far as the statement about the victim being aggressive trying to prevent an arrest by running away is concerned; what would we have to say if this innocent man had used a firearm to prevent this illegal arrest.
One would think that if the victim had shot the cop in the head that we would refer to that as aggressive.
You see we are dealing with people that suffer from mental derangement while they hold administrative positions.

Idle hands are the devils workshop is what they told me when I was young. I'm not religious but some of those stories make a lot of sense. Private property and self governance can prevent many of these so called accidents. Michael Jackson said they don't like us, they being bad people no matter what the color. The Bible says that the Earth was made in 7 days. It also says that there are these entities called “demons.” Silly.

@@falcon13izeYeah just because you put parentheses over the word "demons" doesn't mean they don't exist 😂 I mean I'm not a believer in any religion but there is documented proof of the supernatural and I've personally encountered ghosts myself. So to say demons don't exist is a bit of a stretch considering we have scientific proof of the paranormal. So tell me Mr know it all. Am I wrong?

@@falcon13izeAlso, you think demons are silly but you don't think it's silly we're on a floating boulder in the middle of an endless void? I mean if that's possible then how can it not be possible that demons exist too? You really don't understand reality for what it actually is, reality is something impossible.

I remember a SOTUS case where "Justice" Alito said it was fine to shoot a 16-year-old fleeing burglar in the back while he was fleeing and climbing a fence. The reasoning - "What kind of rule of law would we have if people don't haltwhen commanded by police." The kid had atolen ten bucks.
