#Question : Do you use this solar generated power in your own home to run the usual loads of ACs, Fridge and all other usual equipment/gadets ? Or do you still need the usual electric supply with meter just like most homes ? Or do you have both the connections, solar and regular electtic meter ?
    2. Can this 'onsite plant' be installed in every city ?
    Thanks 🙏

    • @SumitBisht0
      @SumitBisht0 ปีที่แล้ว +5

#1: Yes, you can run all appliances, both 6Amp and 16Amp devices. Only acdb, inverter will be added and main meter will be changed.
#2: Check your city/state electricity board, this net metering approach is available across India.

I think normal electronic items like pump, lights, fans will work usually on this solar system, nothing unusual.
he already mentioned this one is on-grid plant so his system linked with electricity grid line. his system gives extra elec. to govt line at day time and uses govt. elec. at night time.
i think the inverter made it from DC to AC
it does not contain batteries so maintenance will be less.
charging depend on production power of grid

meaning it does supply to grid the excess power after it has fulfilled the house load , and when the house load exceeds panel supply then power is drawn from grid.
and the billing by electricity board reduces the units imported from panel from the units supplied from grid to house and billing is made on the net differential amount. at the rate of supply

Using battery is good option for uninterrupted supply at night times when suppose Grid power gone off for maintenance or by any faults in line..

Very informative video Mayank Ji, I have few questions: 1) In my area there are lots of naughty monkeys, how safe is setting up solar panel in such environment ? Do i need to setup additional cage to protect the panel. 2) IN my area thought there are no much longer electricity cuts but however there frequent small cuts / sometimes long cuts as well in case of faults) - what is suggested in such case On grid OR off grid ? 3) My house construction is quite old, is it advisable to install solar panel on roof top ? ow much weight does the overall setup has ?

Amit Kaushik, installations are done in Pairs of Solar Panels (for a 325 WP Panel the Ht. = 6 ft 6 inches and Width=3 ft 3 inches). For each pair, the total weight is approx. 140 kg.
This includes the weight of 2 Panels (25 kg each) + 4 nearly 1 feet concrete Pillars + Iron frame to hold the 2 Panels.

    1. The procedure for connecting our home solar system to grid?
    2. Could you please tell, for a 3bhk house with 2000sft builtup area, how much powered solar system is required.
    3. We got your savings. Could you tell how many units you consume an average per year.
