You have to shoot somebody so many times to bring them down. Try a different gun, like the MG 151 or M2 50 cal. 1 or 2 shots and they're fucked. You could shoot a guy all day with a Hispano and there's a decent chance they'd be fine.

(unless they're Japanese of course.) And if you do get an opponent on your tail, don't try to out speed them, as you are not fast. Instead, pull a tight turn into the direction of your enemy. Or, look up some aerobatic maneuvers that could benefit you.

5000 B-26s, 3 out of every 5 bombers were the b-24, over 17,000 B-17s. Need I say anymore other than WHAT ABOUT BOMBERS
