    What u said about Lasgues test is known as Brassgards manuver(Dorsiflexion of ankle which increase pain)

    Hi Dr what if somebody gets pain on L lx spine on lat flex towards R side ? What does that indicate? Also in Fabers and SLR test -ve for LBA but when my patient sits immediately she gets back pain ? ❤❤

      It may indicate a right sided disc.

      Thanks sir. So when patients gets pain only while putting weight on spine for eg like sitting from lying if it cause pain , is it an indication of intervertebral space narrowing /degenerative spine? ❤❤

    sir, if patient has spinal stenosis secondary to PID, would patient back pain will be relieved upon forward flexion or extension of back?

    Hello sir my shoulder dislocation surgery was done on dec2020 with putti plat Operation after 4 dislocations,and now I have very limited range of motion and pain weakness
    ,sir could u pls make my shoulder normal and save my life it's my right hand 😭

      Putti plat is an absolute operation. It's of historic importance.

      And in raising hand upwards the scapula pops out from side and there becomes a hollow spaace in back 😭

    Sir u said pain of pivd wl b elicited till 60 degrees on SLR but mac nab and all text writes till 70 degrees afta that it can b from si joint or ham tightness or other causes.
