I’ve been curious about this flour and wanting to try it. Is it like all purpose flour? I’m not sure my family will like a wheat flour. I usually get the Costco organic all purpose flour. But I’d like to try this. Also…. I’ve never canned my own pickled peppers or Jalepenos. I’d love if you share the recipe you use!!! Thanks!
Hi! It is all purpose. The way they label it makes it confusing but it is just a regular, all purpose flour. I use it in all of my regular recipes for pizza crust and white sandwich bread, pie crust, etc.
