    Great Tip, Thanks. I have a Abox and was already thinking of blowing the Dust out with a commercial Air Compressor I use to run pneumatic tools. I did have limited success, but after your tip of opening the access lid underneath the Air cleaning tip worked much better. I set the Compressor at about 30 psi. The end result removed all the noticeable spots on the screen.

      I have the same issue, got my newly M18 projector less then 3 months, it was all picture perfect, until I put on a air humidifier in my room and recently noticed some sort of patchy Clouds like formation appear on my screen it makes the picture looks patchy dirty, is very visible on the bright solid background colours. - let me know how retify this problem please. thank you

    • @kthax308

      ritzcult ritz I haven’t been able to clean the lens without taking more of it apart. I wasn’t able to go through the bottom like some projects. I did what I could using alcohol wipes and a can of compressed air. I was able to clean as best as I could only two of the three lenses. It’s not perfect but a bit better. My projector is the VANKYO V620.

    • @ShaundraLee1920
      @ShaundraLee1920 ปีที่แล้ว

      I used a paint brush and a dap of alcohol to do a little something, something. It's also not perfect but waaaay better than before. I think I'll invest in some long-handled swaps and see of that helps more next time.

    • @Flyboyuk40
      @Flyboyuk40  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Swear loudly! Then you could check to see if your projector has removable filters. If so remove it /them and see if you can reach the lens with the straw of the cannister air through the filter cavity. If not, the only options as I see it are to open it up or try to find a professional who might be able to do it for you. I've read someone was somewhat successful putting a vacuum pipe to the vent grill and put it on blow but that has the potential of making it worse, perhaps a lot worse. Good luck!
