@@bustjanzupan1074 Ive been riding for decades, Ive owned many bikes, did motocross and now I track day on a 2014 Aprilia RSV4 Factory and a 2017 RSV4-RF and I still say motorcycles are not dangerous, or they are dangerous in the wrong hands, also yes can be dangerous if you don't know what you're doing. You could say a bicycle is dangeous, you could say running shoes are dangerous. With your 5 crashes every year you must have had some bad luck going on or just plain you don't know how to ride a bike. Live your life and let me live mine.
I have a 2020 RSV4 RR with Arrow exhaust and tune and it's just unbelievable!! Microphones don't do justice how it sounds and feels to ride one of these V4's. You feel the sound in your whole body.

It wasnt until the updated GSXR 1100 and Yamaha FZR 1000 of 1989 that somewhat regularly below 10 second runs were being achieved with factory stock bikes though in my estimation. Just another note, Your dads bike wasnt a 1974 since they werent produced then, but it might well have been a 1977-78 or so. Cheers mate.

For those wondering about power to weight ratio, here is some perspective: Aprilia RSV4: 197kg + me with clothes and helmet (95 kg) = 292 kg / 201 hp = 688,35 hp/ton. F1 is around 1250 hp/ton, Kawa H2R has about 1400 hp/ton and MotoGP bikes have about 1500 hp/ton 😅
I want mine back 😭 it’s been in the shop for 2 months now and I’ve just been torturing myself watching videos like this. Bike sounds great btw. I switch between a SC projects slip and a Graves pipe. The Graves sounds very similar to yours. There’s no better sounding bike made currently that comes close to the symphony of a Aprilia v4 💪
Got the same silencer and not impressed at all after I changed from the black carbon Akrapovic with race map. Much darker sound and from firing up amazing sound.
I love cars, but, especially because I’m a working-class man, there’s absolutely nothing that beats a decent sport bike for a pure, visceral rush. Pick up any number of different Japanese or Italian or German sportbikes and you can have $250,000 car speed for ~$8,000 if you buy clean used bikes.
Every german has told me what this video shows. The unrestricted parts are often clogged with traffic and your high speed runs get cut short when someone merges into your lane.
