    during the 70s Vietnam are extremely more backward than Philippines because they suffer destructions from U.S. - Vietnam wars, at the same Marcos martial law makes us fall to abyss move more backwards during 70s, but 2 decades ago Vietnam surpass Philippines in terms of economic development and establish their own product brands were Philippines can not able to do because U.S. imperialism prevented and dictated us not to develop independently as neo colony of American imperialism

      Pag pinalitan na ang mga namamahalang walang plataporma sa pagtangkilik sa local produce. Importing country tayo e, bawang at bigas na nga na tayo naman ang dating tayo ang nag eexport at tayo pa nagtuturo sa mga neighboring countries natin paano mag tanim - ngayon tayo pa ang may pinaka malaki kung umangkat. Hindi nga nila magawan ng programa na tangkilikin yung simpleng produktong pagkain gawa ng lokal, kotse pa kaya… in short improbable, but close to impossible.
