They can be exported to CSV using the export function in chart viewer. From there the CSV can be converted to Excel.

I need a polyline only on the upper surface of the airfoil. I don’t need the polyline on the bottom surface. Is it possible to draw??

Split the surface along the chord line when you create the geometry.
