I bought Ginkgo Biloba for a few varicose veins. I also bought Gotu Kola for same. I started with Ginkgo but found I had dry mouth each drink if one per day. So I am now using Gotu Kola.
Great choice of a herbal remedy for varicose vein use. I think Gotu Kola is more effective for varicose veins and skin problems then Gingko Biloba. If you have less side effects even better. Thank you for the comment.
@@sarndav yes you can use both the yellow and the green ones. In fact, most people prefer the yellow ones over the green ones. enjoy and thank you for the question
I had the plant in a pot for a few years sometimes i would eat the leaves in does grow in cold wet countries. Did not know you could make tea from it?😮
Is it a Ginkgo Plant you have? If yes, you can make wonderful tea with the leaves by following the steps I've outlined in the video. Enjoy and let me know how it is.
@@MaryMartinez-j6p Great question. Most prefer a male Gingko Tree. They are less messy because they don’t produce seeds. Some think the seeds are stinky and smell like vomit.
Hmmm, how many leaves did you use. I generally use about 10 - 12 leaves per cup of water. This is about 2 grams of leaves if you have a scale. You may have had old leaves or not used enough leaves. Give it another try following these suggestions and let me know how it comes out.
@@DrJoanette my leaves already came crushed however I did boil the water this time and let them soak for 8 minutes as you suggested and the color did change to light brown thank you I also started taking the liquid soft gel caps let’s see if they help in 2 weeks
