I have applied for administrative review for a spouse visa but have not got any confirmation email that I have successfully applied for AR. can you guide me in this regard.
Its common that you don't get any email. Best is, escalate a case by doing a paid inquiry (£2.74) on the basis of your Visa reference number which you have received and then the commination department will update you that the application is with the AR team. There is no direct way to approach AR via Gov UK website. This is the way you can contact Home Office th-cam.com/video/DNEJyy8eWdE/w-d-xo.html
Hai Sir, My child visa issued less duration than us. We are currently in uk. When i apply for administration review, which option i will select on '1 start' section. Please advise me. Thank you
Respected Sir, My Skill Visa Refusal(AR) is now successful after one years waiting and i got mail from home office they said they will inform me but my IELTS is expired do I have to take IELTS again?
First of all congratz for getting the successful decision. Can you pls share like exactly how many months after your got your decision as there are many applicant waiting approx a year now for the decision. www.gov.uk/guidance/prove-your-english-language-abilities-with-a-secure-english-language-test-selt For IELTS I have checked all Home Office guidance but there is nothing mentioned if its expired then what after AR. Home Office administrative.reviews@homeoffice.gov.uk You need to send an email and get the confirmation about this and I hope this time you don't need to wait another year to get the email response... Logically, I don't think you need to give IELTS again, cuz when you submitted your visa application, your IELTS was valid and your rejection don't say anything about it so when you ask AR it was valid, if Home Office has taken a year to provide you the decision then its not your fault. You can also phone and ask with the Home Office about it th-cam.com/video/DNEJyy8eWdE/w-d-xo.html...its better to get it confirm and do lets us all know pls to add this technical issue to our knowledge.
Nov 2022 ? that is 1 year 3 months since you waiting for the decision. Have you send them an email at the Admin Review ID ? I have seen 14 months wait but your is like 15 months wait....what was the refusal about ? Usually cases where 10 year ban and fake CoS appeal they take very long time.
My application 10 Dec 2022. Skilled worker visa. What should we do . Home office again send me a Delay mail that there is delay on my application. It's frustrating....
Sorry Aman, can you pls rephrase your question. Which documents you don't have and why ? Can you initiate new comment on the video, as old comments don't appear on top and I can miss them to reply. Funky: I can understand how frustrating this can be, In 9 month baby can born and its like 14 months wait ufff that very annoying. There is nothing you can do, Its a separate department who don't even got any contact number to Phone, They are on top of the Home Office. You can complain later all about this, this is how you can do it. th-cam.com/video/otU_e0XU28E/w-d-xo.html
Hi! There is a new immigration rules released yesterday (I think) which increase the salary threshold of most of the skilled occupations. Are those on administrative review affected by this even though we applied before April 4
You are correct! There were new immigration rules implemented on April 4, 2024, that increased the minimum salary threshold for most Skilled Worker visas. The good news is that applications submitted before the rule change (April 4) are not affected by the new salary threshold. This means: If you applied for a Skilled Worker visa / Admin Review before April 4, the minimum salary requirement that was in place at the time of your application will be considered.
There is no time frame, the longest I have seen is 13 month, the decision came at the 1st week of the 13th Month. So, have you applied for skilled worker visa from outside the UK and case went under AR ? So, is it not your CoS already expired ?
Hello sir I came to uk on student visa I qualified masters after my student visa expired and then I applied for PSW and I got refusal from UKVI so then again I applied for Administrative review with supporting documents I haven’t still got a decision on my application.
I applied for the dependent visa but my application was refused due to the lack of document which is certificate of good conduct. There was no request of certificate of good conduct beforehand (during my application) but suddenly my visa was refused because i didn't submit the said document. What should i do?
Oh, and we talking about dependent visa ? email me the refusal and mention in subject : AR case Important Dr_Khan@consultant.com For some countries you don't need this...which country you from and did your husband submitted one at the time of his visa ? Sir, my application refuse for non genuine job experience and I'm administrative review until 8 months no response how can do for my care visa review please reply
The longest wait time I've seen was 14 months, and even then, the decision was favorable. It's incredibly frustrating, but unfortunately, there's no way to speed up the process. Just like a baby takes 9 months to arrive, these applications can take a very long time. There's nothing to do but wait. Reapplying isn't an option since the rules and fees have changed. The best course of action is to wait patiently and hope for a positive outcome. If you receive a decision, please let us know so we can all get a better idea of the typical processing times.
There is no actual timeline provided by the Home Office, it all on luck and assumptions. I know, this answers sounds like lame, but this is the true reality, you may get the reply tomorrow or may be after few months. Hope for the best...
Sorry, I can only contact via Email or YT messages, Since I provide free guidance I get far too many emails and it takes me a while to response all. So, direct contact service will be very difficult for me to manage if I start. Hope You will understand... thx Dr_Khan@consultant.com
My UK visa was refused in April 2024. There was a problem with the cos letter assign. Administration reviewed. How many days it may take.Sir Please Replay
Wrong Ielts type was taken, refusal stated of insufficient english requirement, but we have now took the rigth Ielts, is this also on ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW path? Thank you
If you have taken correct IELTS after the Visa submission date then that would be considered as a New Evidence and you cant apply AR. If you have taken before and forgot to submit or submitted but due to file error while uploading etc then AR can be considered. Hope that clarify.
How to attach or send evidence document... Just to clarify what I understood. You submitted a visa and that got refused and you applied for the AR and you still waiting for the AR decision. But now you want to submitted another Visa Application instead of that A Review decision ? And now you wondering how to get the passport back ? In that case here is the Guidance Provided by the Home Office: A request to withdraw an administrative review application must be made in writing by email to the Home Office at the address provided on the visas and immigration pages of the gov.uk website, which is the email address for the administrative review team. The application will be treated as withdrawn on the date the request is received. A migrant may wish to withdraw their administrative review application if they realise they made a mistake and the original decision was correct. They may instead wish to make a fresh application for leave. They cannot submit a fresh application while the administrative review is pending if they are covered by section 3C leave. An administrative review application which is pending will be treated as withdrawn if the applicant makes an application for leave to enter or leave to remain. There is no need to email a request to withdraw the administrative review to the Home Office, as set out above. The application for administrative review will be treated as withdrawn automatically. You must check CID and, if the applicant is or may be overseas, CRS to see if a new application has been made while the administrative review is pending. If it has, you must treat the administrative review application as withdrawn.

If you withdraw your application, then Yes you will get the passport back as your file will be closed. It might take sometime to get it but you will get it. Here is the Full guidance regarding the AR which the Visa Officer used to decide what to do with your case. But why your case went for AR ? And why do you think the chances are zero to get the decision in your favour ? assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/media/6132254be90e070441639e3f/Administrative_review.pdf
Withdraw your request Your request for an administrative review will be withdrawn (cancelled) if you: make any other immigration or visa application ask for your passport back so you can travel leave the UK Your request will be rejected if you ask for a review of a previous decision after submitting a new application. You can email the Home Office and ask for your request to be withdrawn. Your application fee will not be refunded. Home Office admin.review.enquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk You must include your name, date of birth, nationality and either your administrative review payment reference number or Home Office reference number in your email.
My uk visa refuse there have an error they did not know about my certificate of Sponsorship they ask me i am a roofar but my visa and certificate of Sponsorship clearly mentioned i am a painter can i give a review for this eror
The Home Office appears to have made a mistake by questioning your profession when both the visa application and Certificate of Sponsorship (COS) clearly state you're a painter. You may have a strong case for an administrative review based on the information you've provided.
hi, my application (representative of an overseas visa) for administrative review has succeeded. Home Office asked additional documents and i sent them 20 weeks ago. I couldnt get the reconsideration decision yet. How long does reconsideration decision take after getting succesfull administrative review ? Thank you in advance for the reply.

Hello, my visa was refused inside the uk and then I applied for administrative review but still I am waiting for decision can you please tell me how much time they will take. Please advise me as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, I cannot give you a definitive answer on how long your administrative review will take. Processing times can vary significantly depending on several factors, but here's some information to help you manage your expectations: The official guidance from UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) states it can take 6 months or more to receive a result for an administrative review application submitted from within the UK. If you haven't received a decision within 6 months, the Home Office should contact you with an update on the status of your review.
For AR cases, yes its unbelievable that it can take up to 1 year to get the decision. Since Oct Start : For Student / SWV Visa decisions are getting done with in the window time th-cam.com/video/dEf1PPEB-MY/w-d-xo.html provided by the Home Office.
i have got refused skilled worker visa due to fake experience certificate but inquiry hasn't made up, without inquiry they refused, And i have applied for administration review, 6 months over, but result didn’t come out yet. taking more than 6 months any positive possiblities??
Regarding the positive decision, its all depend if you have provided all the evidence to defend your case. Even if they refuse it you can still appeal the decision, it will be mentioned on your decision letter. th-cam.com/video/nb7SfXHAhWM/w-d-xo.html Don't think that its delayed and so it will be refuse, delay has nothing to do with the decision. Its more to do with the backlog. And its not you who is waiting, if you check my processing time video comments, you will see applicants waiting since 8 months now on Visa Admin Review case. th-cam.com/video/aift63ylP-Y/w-d-xo.html

Please wait till 29 to escalate your case Plz tell me what is mean that
Hello! I just sent the request for the administration review, do you know what are the Post Reference number and the VAF (Visa Application Form) number? I need them in order to send the evidence by mail. Thanks a lot!
Hmmm.. So let me explain you both, so you know the difference Post Reference Number: This is the main reference number assigned to your visa application by UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI). It's a unique identifier used to track your application progress. You'll find this number in your application confirmation email or on the acknowledgement letter you receive after submitting your application. It's typically a combination of letters and numbers, for example, XXX123456 (where XXX could be a country code or location abbreviation). VAF Number (Visa Application Form Number): This is a reference number associated with the specific online visa application form you filled out.It doesn't identify your individual application and isn't used for tracking progress. You'll usually find the VAF number printed at the bottom of the online visa application form you completed. It's often a six-digit number. Hope that answer to your question !!!

Hi I got Tier 2 visa refusal because the case worker said that I did not show proof of knowledge of English. In fact, my master degree is from a UK university. I sent my degree certificate during my application but the caseworker said that I didn't show proof. Thus, I apply for administrative review. How long does it usually take for cases like this? I understand your situation and frustration regarding the Tier 2 visa refusal based on purported lack of English language proof. Logically, your case is straightforward as its just an oversight (I don't know how but it is what it is & a lot of hassle for you) There is no time frame provided by the Home Office for AR. There are case who got the decision in 28 days but if you see the comments of this video there are are cases where people waiting for over a year for AR decision. You should have submitted new evidence, as what the file was not uploaded correctly or file had an error. Its computer and error do happens...
@@UKknowledgeGuru Thank you so much!! I answered "Yes" because during my application of Tourist Visa (6 months prior) I still send the same Education Document. I also attach a cover letter in reference to this, but I feel it was not looked upon.

Yes, as per Home Office "Mistakes in the length or conditions of your visa If you applied for your visa from inside the UK, you can ask for an administrative review." I don't want to give you any false hope, if you see the comments from my Sep Processing Time video th-cam.com/video/oWVaUNcJpv4/w-d-xo.html, regarding the wait time for AR. It can take up to 1 year. @@UKknowledgeGuru these are the reasons "(a) The parent with permission as a Student or as the partner of a Student is the sole surviving parent; or (b) The parent with permission as a Student or as the partner of a Student has sole responsibility for the child’s upbringing; or (c) The decision maker is satisfied that there are serious and compelling reasons to grant the child entry clearance or permission to stay with the parent who has permission as a Student or as the partner of a Student. In considering your application, I am mindful of your age and also aware that the UKVI has a duty of care for child welfare under Section 55 of the Borders Citizenship and Immigration Act. It is therefore imperative that I be fully satisfied with the travel, reception and care arrangements for you in the UK. I also need to be fully satisfied that your welfare needs are still met once you arrive in the UK. As your Father has not applied, I am not satisfied that there are any compelling or compassionate circumstances and that you meet the above and therefore refuse your application under ST 34.2." which we provided of how her father have already applied but the delay in his tb test is makinga delay in his visa process as well as my daughters education is at stake. Ill write down my administrative review as well I am writing to formally request an administrative review of the recent decision to refuse the visa application of my child (my daughters name) who was applying as a dependent on my Student Route visa in the UK. I kindly ask for your reconsideration of this decision based on the following counter- reasons which I believe provide compelling grounds for approval: Conference Travel Plan: I am currently in Pakistan to attend an important academic conference scheduled to take place from 20th of September to 22nd of September. My initial plan was to take my child with me to the UK after the conference. This was a carefully considered decision made in the best interest of my child welfare ensuring that they do not travel alone. Delay in Father TB Test Decision: The refusal letter cited that my child Father did not apply for a visa due to his TB test result. Regrettably there has been an unforeseen delay in receiving the TB test result causing a one-month postponement in his visa application process. We are in constant communication with the relevant authorities to expedite this process. I respectfully request that you consider this delay as a temporary setback and not as a reason to deny my child visa application. Child Welfare: I am acutely aware of the duty of care for child welfare under Section 55 of the Borders Citizenship and Immigration Act. I assure you that I take my responsibilities as a parent seriously and have made all necessary arrangements to ensure my child well-being during their stay in the UK. I am fully capable of providing for their financial emotional and physical needs throughout their stay. Compelling and Compassionate Circumstances: I respectfully submit that there are compelling and compassionate circumstances that warrant granting my child entry clearance. Disallowing my child to join me in the UK would result in significant emotional and practical hardships as my child depends on me for support and care. Additionally our family unit would be separated causing emotional distress and potential difficulties in my child upbringing. In light of the above I kindly request that you review my child visa application taking into account the circumstances described. I believe that these circumstances qualify as "serious and compelling reasons" under Appendix ST 34.2 of the Immigration Rules warranting a reconsideration of the visa refusal. I would also like to emphasize that I am committed to abiding by all the immigration rules and regulations of the UK and I assure you that my child presence in the country will not pose any risk or burden to the UK government. I kindly request that you expedite the administrative review process as my child education and well-being are at stake. I am hopeful that upon reconsideration my child visa application will be approved allowing them to join in the UK as originally planned. Thank you for your attention to this matter and I look forward to a positive outcome." with evidence ofcourse!

Sorry, what is the role of agency and company in your case ? Are we talking about the Recruitment Agency ? "They said they will make the review by their own" ??? Who said ? Your Visa Application is between you (employee) & Sponsor Licenced Company CoS issuer (Employer), in UK they cant ask you to do unpaid work by Law and if your Sponsored Company is doing that or even tried to do that then their licence is most likely to get revoked soon or later as its a breach of the Employment Law. Now lets discuss about your Visa, "my company will apply for review" are we talking about Administrative Review which you do after the visa refusal ? Its you who has to do it not the company, as its your (applicant) visa. AR can take 1 year to get the decision.

Request for Enrollment Deadline Extension Due to Visa Delay Dear [University Official's Name or Department], I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a situation regarding my visa application, which has been delayed by the UK Home Office. As a result, I am unable to meet the enrollment deadline for the upcoming academic semester. I understand the importance of adhering to the enrollment deadlines, and I genuinely value the academic calendar set by the university. However, the delay in processing my visa is beyond my control, and it has caused me significant stress and concern regarding my ability to start my studies as planned. I believe it is essential to highlight that I am not the only student facing this issue. Many international students are currently experiencing visa delays due to various reasons, including the ongoing pandemic, increased visa application volumes, and administrative challenges at the Home Office. Given the circumstances, I kindly request that the university consider granting an extension to the enrollment deadline for students like me who are facing visa delays. This extension would provide us with the necessary time to complete the enrollment process once our visas are granted, ensuring that we can begin our studies without undue stress or complications. I assure you of my commitment to my academic pursuits and my eagerness to join the university community. I have diligently completed all other aspects of the enrollment process and am fully prepared to comply with any additional requirements or procedures as needed. I would appreciate it if the university could review this matter and consider extending the enrollment deadline to accommodate students whose visa applications are delayed. Such a gesture would alleviate significant stress and uncertainty and demonstrate the university's commitment to supporting its international student community during these challenging times. If there is any specific documentation or information required from my end to facilitate this request, please let me know, and I will promptly provide it. Thank you for your understanding and consideration of this matter. I look forward to receiving your response and hope for a positive resolution that allows me to commence my studies at [University Name] as planned. Sincerely, [Your Full Name] [Your Student ID or Application Number] [Your Contact Information]
@@UKknowledgeGuru I am currently planning to enroll for the January intake; however, I have discovered that some universities will be closing their admissions at the end of this month. I am eager to secure a place at the same university I have applied to, but they will not accept me until my administrative review is successfully completed. I believe my case is genuine. Should I approach my university once again to inquire if they can issue my Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) due to the prolonged duration of the current administrative review?
Yes, I would recommend contact the University about it, as it is possible each CAS number is only for particular term Sep Start for example and now if you want to start Jan Intake then the Uni might have diff CAS number as the valid CAS number must appear at the Home Office end to issue you the Visa. You can send email to know your application status as its your right to know.
I applied for review and they said we will get back to you within 8 days but its now 15+ days so is there any way to contact them and know about my status
Yes, it might take few more weeks to update you regarding your case. There is long delay. I will recommend do paid inquiry with the Home Office to escalate your case. In this video I have discussed how to do the paid inquiry. th-cam.com/video/DNEJyy8eWdE/w-d-xo.html

Recently Home Office has updated the processing time for AR, As per Home Office: "Currently, it can take 12 months or more to receive the result of the administrative review. If you do not get a decision on your application within 6 months, the Home Office will contact you with an update. Your rights are not affected by the delay in processing applications. You cannot request a second review (unless the result of the first review found new reasons why you were refused). Your decision letter will tell you if you can apply for a second review." What I have understood your case belongs to 3rd category, when you arrived at the Airport they refused you to enter in the UK and provided you the decision which says you apply for the Admin Review ? I am assuming you are in the UK and you have x number of days to either Apply for Admin review or go back ? Watch the last section of this video again and I have discussed what you have to do if that is the case.
Hlw I did request to cancel my administration review. But didn’t get any response 🙂 except auto mail reply. Now my query is will i be emailed about confirmation of administrative review cancellation. And how I could get IHS refund 🙂
Once the administrative review is cancelled, your IHS refund process should automatically begin. The IHS refund typically takes around 28 days after the visa application rejection (or, in this case, the cancellation of the administrative review) if it was submitted outside the UK.
This means:
If you applied for a Skilled Worker visa / Admin Review before April 4, the minimum salary requirement that was in place at the time of your application will be considered.

You submitted a visa and that got refused and you applied for the AR and you still waiting for the AR decision. But now you want to submitted another Visa Application instead of that A Review decision ? And now you wondering how to get the passport back ?
In that case here is the Guidance Provided by the Home Office:
A request to withdraw an administrative review application must be made in writing by email to the Home Office at the address provided on the visas and immigration pages of the gov.uk website, which is the email address for the administrative review team.

Unfortunately, I cannot give you a definitive answer on how long your administrative review will take. Processing times can vary significantly depending on several factors, but here's some information to help you manage your expectations:
The official guidance from UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) states it can take 6 months or more to receive a result for an administrative review application submitted from within the UK.
If you haven't received a decision within 6 months, the Home Office should contact you with an update on the status of your review.
Uk visa processing is very very delays worst switchvation of uk visa processing
Even if they refuse it you can still appeal the decision, it will be mentioned on your decision letter.
th-cam.com/video/nb7SfXHAhWM/w-d-xo.html
Don't think that its delayed and so it will be refuse, delay has nothing to do with the decision. Its more to do with the backlog. And its not you who is waiting, if you check my processing time video comments, you will see applicants waiting since 8 months now on Visa Admin Review case.

Thanks a lot!
Hmmm.. So let me explain you both, so you know the difference
Post Reference Number:
This is the main reference number assigned to your visa application by UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI).
It's a unique identifier used to track your application progress.
You'll find this number in your application confirmation email or on the acknowledgement letter you receive after submitting your application.
It's typically a combination of letters and numbers, for example, XXX123456 (where XXX could be a country code or location abbreviation).
VAF Number (Visa Application Form Number):
This is a reference number associated with the specific online visa application form you filled out.It doesn't identify your individual application and isn't used for tracking progress. You'll usually find the VAF number printed at the bottom of the online visa application form you completed. It's often a six-digit number. Hope that answer to your question !!!

I applied for my 3 months old baby who is born in the UK for BRP. We got her brp but there was error in validity period (the date in the validity period (13 August 2023)was the date before her biometric appointment) so we reported the error. Now they sent the file for administrative review. How long does it takes to get decision. Could you please advise me with this. Thank you
Yes, as per Home Office
"Mistakes in the length or conditions of your visa
If you applied for your visa from inside the UK, you can ask for an administrative review."
I don't want to give you any false hope, if you see the comments from my Sep Processing Time video th-cam.com/video/oWVaUNcJpv4/w-d-xo.html, regarding the wait time for AR. It can take up to 1 year. Recently, even Home Office changed the 6th month time frame to 1 year. I know its hard to understand that it can take one year to get the decision but this is the reality.
"Currently, it can take 12 months or more to receive the result of the administrative review. If you do not get a decision on your application within 6 months, the Home Office will contact you with an update. Your rights are not affected by the delay in processing applications."
Thank you so much for your reply 🙏

If your current visa allows you to work, you can continue to do so while your application is being reviewed. Have you received any letter or email ? If your previous visa says no then you can't while new visa is under review.
Send me that letter which says No at

hello sir, my daughters visa was refused, shes a dependent . we have submitted the administrative review, how long do you think it may take, the case is not very complex.
If I be honest, for complex cases applicants are waiting since April 2023 to get the decision. If you send me a brief email why the visa went under the Admin Review, then I may be able to guide you how long it might take.

In considering your application, I am mindful of your age and also aware that the UKVI has a
duty of care for child welfare under Section 55 of the Borders Citizenship and Immigration
Act. It is therefore imperative that I be fully satisfied with the travel, reception and care
arrangements for you in the UK. I also need to be fully satisfied that your welfare needs are
still met once you arrive in the UK.

which we provided of how her father have already applied but the delay in his tb test is makinga delay in his visa process as well as my daughters education is at stake. Ill write down my administrative review as well
I am writing to formally request an administrative
review of the recent decision to refuse the visa
application of my child (my daughters name) who was
applying as a dependent on my Student Route visa
in the UK. I kindly ask for your reconsideration of
this decision based on the following counter-
reasons which I believe provide compelling grounds
for approval: Conference Travel Plan: I am currently
in Pakistan to attend an important academic
conference scheduled to take place from 20th of
September to 22nd of September. My initial plan
was to take my child with me to the UK after the
conference. This was a carefully considered decision
made in the best interest of my child welfare
ensuring that they do not travel alone. Delay in
Father TB Test Decision: The refusal letter cited
that my child Father did not apply for a visa due to
his TB test result. Regrettably there has been an
unforeseen delay in receiving the TB test result
causing a one-month postponement in his visa
application process. We are in constant
communication with the relevant authorities to
expedite this process. I respectfully request that
you consider this delay as a temporary setback and
not as a reason to deny my child visa application.
Child Welfare: I am acutely aware of the duty of
care for child welfare under Section 55 of the
Borders Citizenship and Immigration Act. I assure you that I take my responsibilities as a parent
seriously and have made all necessary
arrangements to ensure my child well-being during
their stay in the UK. I am fully capable of providing
for their financial emotional and physical needs
throughout their stay. Compelling and
Compassionate Circumstances: I respectfully
submit that there are compelling and
compassionate circumstances that warrant granting
my child entry clearance. Disallowing my child to
join me in the UK would result in significant
emotional and practical hardships as my child
depends on me for support and care. Additionally
our family unit would be separated causing
emotional distress and potential difficulties in my
child upbringing. In light of the above I kindly
request that you review my child visa application
taking into account the circumstances described. I
believe that these circumstances qualify as "serious
and compelling reasons" under Appendix ST 34.2 of
the Immigration Rules warranting a reconsideration
of the visa refusal. I would also like to emphasize
that I am committed to abiding by all the
immigration rules and regulations of the UK and I
assure you that my child presence in the country
will not pose any risk or burden to the UK
government. I kindly request that you expedite the
administrative review process as my child education
and well-being are at stake. I am hopeful that upon
reconsideration my child visa application will be
approved allowing them to join in the UK as
originally planned. Thank you for your attention to
this matter and I look forward to a positive
outcome." with evidence ofcourse!

hello Sir .. i have a few questions to ask . first of all .. on 9th of october i have submitted my file to vfs as a care worker. secondly in the 14 th of october they gave me a refusal letter ,, and in the letter it shows that ,, i have submitted a offer letter and in the offer letter it in written that ,3 month unpaid training induction, which is against their law .. and they refuse me on this basis.. now my agency has contacted to my company and they said they will make the review by their own ,,they will make an apology letter and new offer letter.. so my question is could you please tell me if my company apply for review how long it will take and how much powerful it will be ??

How long will it take to get the result??
There is no window time for the AR and don't bother to do inquiry as they will redirect you to an email address. If its a straight forward case with no verification then it will be quicker.
When you classes starting, send email to uni for extension. I will share the draft.
Request for Enrollment Deadline Extension Due to Visa Delay
Dear [University Official's Name or Department],
I hope this email finds you well.
Sincerely,

@@UKknowledgeGuru I am currently planning to enroll for the January intake; however, I have discovered that some universities will be closing their admissions at the end of this month. I am genuinely concerned about the possibility of missing out on this intake as well. Would it be advisable for me to send an email inquiry to the UKVI administration review in order to expedite my application process?

Once the administrative review is cancelled, your IHS refund process should automatically begin.
The IHS refund typically takes around 28 days after the visa application rejection (or, in this case, the cancellation of the administrative review) if it was submitted outside the UK.
