Himalayan salt is not "healthy" meron itong TRACE minerals, meaning sobrang konti ng minerals hindi ito umaapekto sa katawan. Kung bibilhin mo to for aesthetics ok lang, pero for the nutrients sinayang mo lang pera mo.
