    I like your entertaining video of Rosedale. Perfect time of year to view the neighbourhood. I live in Guildwood Scarborough. Not near as luxurious as Rosedale. But, I’m maybe 500m from the Scarborough Bluffs with a lovely view all year.

    Rosedale is such a beautiful stately gem in the world of affluent communities in Canada. There's a reason the likes of the Thomson's choose to call it home. It has more class in its pinky than the Bridle Path could ever hope to have. It, along with Forest Hills South, Lawrence Park North, and Westmount in Montreal are in my opinion amongst the most aspirational places to live in the country.

    Dear Mr. Johnny Strides... If it were not for people like YOU... I would have no clue of all these great streets that make up the mosaic picture of Toronto.... Absolutely smashing, Dude.... When traveling through some of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Toronto, like... Zowie!... The houses are beautiful, with full-size lawns, Oh, baby, this is pure money talking and I am quite sure private security is raking in millions to keep the troglodytes out!.... It is fun to watch!... The Day in the Life of the super Rich in Toronto!":..... The only thing missing was the helicopter pad!.....the end.... Always in Good Taste... CHEERS!... Be Supportive and Subscribe.... PS.. I suppose Bruce Wayne has a summer house in that area.... Lol!

    Toronto has one of the poshest neighborhoods in the world, a very beautiful and peaceful environment out there. I saw online these houses could cost up to $3.5M.

      How about $23.5 million in Shaughnessy Vancouver British Columbia ? $3.5 million only get you a modest bungalow !

      $3.5 million only get you a modest very old bungalow in a posh neighbourhood in Vancouver ! Toronto house price is far more reasonable.

    This was an interesting roll around Rosedale, but I’m surprised that you skipped arguably the most interesting part of the neighbourhood, or at least the most unexpected. That being the row of shops along Summerhill west of Glen Road, and the pedestrian bridge over the CP freight line just west of that. Perhaps next time. 😊

    • @JohnnyStrides
      @JohnnyStrides 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The route I followed was requested by a member but you're right that is a neat stretch and I'll be sure to swing through it in an upcoming Summerhill & Moore Park video (even though it's technically in Rosedale).
      Cheers!

    Having watched a fare amount of videos like this I suggest you angle your phone in the direction of the homes on one side then if you want go back the other way showing the homes on the other side. I don't think people just want to look at the streets as the major vocal point of your vids. Just a suggestion.

    Compare to Shaughnessy Vancouver , Rosedale is a far better and more reasonable buy for big mansions.

    You can tell very old money in high end neighbourhoods by the cars - No one drives those flashy, super high end cars in Rosedale. They're not strutting around in flashy clothes either. Super-rich old money folk, have no need to display their wealth, they know how to behave and not fetch attention to their wealth, unlike the Nouveau riche.
