In the U.S. the most common drag racing is "No Prep ". You can Prep the tires 'some places', 2S battery only and rear wheel drive only.

Been beating the snot out of my hyper go 16th scale truck for almost 3 months and finally today the rear diff $hit the bed. Super impressed its taken so much on 3s only and held up this long!!! Of you are on the fence jump off and pick one up 👍

Loved the video. I'd be real curious how much the sales went up on that little basher. If i had kids I'd get it for them.. lol
The trick is simple, add a bit of ketchup on your pizza. Now 1.7 sec. is quick, but how fast did it go KPH or MP which ever you like best. Tire compound, just use very little, it should go a long way and if you race on a track prepped with VHT use even less. Just rub the small amount all over your tires, won't be as messy as the amount I noticed you applied. Hope to see a video with less voluntary breaking of R/Cs though, or you will have to eat a slice of pizza with ketchup on it and let James know how good it is lol.

Isn’t there some chip like perfect pass you can put in the front to prevent the car from flipping or doing a wheely?
First, glad to see you finally 'killed' the truck. Took a lot of work, but "mission accomplished".
As for the Rlaarlo AK-917, yes, they had a lot of problems during the first 6 weeks of shipping, and this pissed off a lot of people. On the 'plus' side, Rlaarlo DID explain what had caused the problems, AND they explained what they are currently doing to fix them. Unfortunately, there are a LOT of people who decided to start 'badmouthing' the company...and, even though Rlaarlo HAS improved the shipping, and they HAVE decreased response time for customer service, there are people who refuse to give Rlaarlo a "second chance".
Rlaarlo 'created' the problem...but, at this point in time, Rlaarlo is no longer the true "problem"...the people purposely badmouthing risky are all in the option of wow a few people, the real "problem" now. The car, itself, is fantastic...and, I can't wait to see what they come up with when they get around to releasing a 1/7 scale car (to compete against the Limitless & VTE2)...but, if people continue to purposely try and cause this company to go out of business (as it appears some of them are actually trying to do), then it's a 'loss' for all.
I love the car. But i ordered some spare parts recently and it still takes alot of time for them to ship it. 2 weeks until i got a tracking number is still to long.
@@waxveasle Two weeks is better than 6 weeks. I have had orders placed from small US-based companies that took over 2 weeks.
@@ninthislandrc Yes with shipping it was closer to 3 weeks but i am still happy with my car and i do root for Rlaarlo. It is the underdog and a small company so i don't expect them to be Traxxas or Arrma.
@@waxveasle On the customer service & shipping, I agree (Although, I have had orders directly from Traxxas & Horizon Hobby that took up to a few weeks before shipping...lol). But, as for the quality, it's right up there with the best.

What do you mean by gearing up do u go up on the pinion gear or go down ?
'Gearing up' is usually meant as adding top speed. So either bigger pinion, smaller spur or combination of both for RC.

Oi m8 not sure if you noticed but you were chewing gum whilst apologizing about chewing. I understand and recognize the possibility that you were trying purposefully to be ironic, however in the next shot there was even some errant gum on the car! I figured you would want your loyal subs to inform you of these small mistakes so you'd be able to fix it in post. All the best!
