Tua is absolutely a franchise QB, he stayed healthy this year. Led the league in yards. He’s gotten better each year. Miami as a team just has to learn how to beat these good teams in cold weather.

I always found it harder to deal with hot weather than cold weather, especially if you're outside doing something really physical. But when it's below 0 degrees I guess that's a different kind of cold.

Regardless of your opinion on Tua, he continues to improve every season and the dolphins are planning on sticking with him long term. His biggest criticisms the past few years were his deep ball and his inability to stay healthy. He drastically improved the deep ball and stayed healthy for a full season. I'm eager to see if he improves his ability to show up in big games and extend plays further

I agree with you. Another big criticism is that he wouldn’t be healthy. I remember many comments about Tua wouldn’t be playing by week 4. He played every game this season. That’s also a great thing, and he was hit good a few times. Does he have to work on getting better? Of course he does, but so does the coaching, defense, online, online, and online. I think he’ll come back next season stronger, more healthy and will be better. If I’m wrong, oh well but I won’t sit here and comment that he needs to be fired or traded because we had a bad finish. It’s not all on him.

He did awful against good teams this year. Not all his fault, also on the playcalling, but that guy is never winning us a playoff game. In case you haven’t noticed, when tua has to make more than one read, he shits his pants, gets happy feet. In order for him to do good, everything needs to be perfect, Oline has to block, and the first read HAS to be open because he has no ability to extend the play. Not a bad QB he’s just not the answer.

He was not great. His play declined from last year and the only thing he really improved was his health and his deep ball I guess. His arm Strength declined along with his ability to make plays on the clutch. He hasn't had many game winning drives and his play overall has declined massively from last year. He hasn't been I the MVP conversation at any point. All season. Its gonna be tough to give him a big deal of money

This is his second year in a complicated offense with a young coach. He let us down at the end but you guys have to understand Miami doesn’t want to start all over again with a new QB, and there’s not even any realistic QB’s who are better than Tua that Miami can replace him with. After a week of blind rage and nihilism, I've finally calmed down enough to look at this season with positive eyes and I can definetly say that Tua did improve slightly but he is also not elite quite yet. There's still room to improve but the future is very good for him if he gets extended and is allowed to grow more.

I think Tua and the coaching staff just need to trust his arm more. I don't mean for deep balls obviously, I mean for outside the numbers cuz they started going away from that later in the season and I think if they just find a way to get it to those uncovered spots of the field more often he'll be dangerous.
