So to find the door is on floor 2, but find the ruler in the schoolhouse, once you got it get the code in Mr. Mix's room in the cafeteria...but dont go towards him, just stay away from him or else you have to do it all again.

to get where is my ruler badge is by finding the code in mr. mix room on the wall to the right, dont interact with mr. mix, you need to use the code by finding the ruler in the schoolhouse, if you cant find the code... find the code in "Mr. Mix" room, the code is on the wall to the right.
