the grapple hook isn't a badge, it's from a Gamepass for Baldi's Advanced Roleplay, you need to buy the VIP Pass to get the grapple hook in your account.

So to find the door is on floor 2, but find the ruler in the schoolhouse, once you got it get the code in Mr. Mix's room in the cafeteria...but dont go towards him, just stay away from him or else you have to do it all again.

go to the farm and find the baldi bees roaming around only in the farm area at spawn, go to field trip area and then go to the farm and find the baldi bees there as you walk in the corn maze while finding the bee baldi

to get where is my ruler badge is by finding the code in mr. mix room on the wall to the right, dont interact with mr. mix, you need to use the code by finding the ruler in the schoolhouse, if you cant find the code... find the code in "Mr. Mix" room, the code is on the wall to the right.
