You should have local area network to access one file from server to multiple systems connected, contact with your IT admin if not done. I have explained in the video how to share the excel file. Thanks.

I would like to share the workbook with multiple users that each all users can access to edit and update the data. Even simultaneously for collaboration and reporting. According to my knowledge we can't have VBA activity as well as tables won't be working and many other issues. Correct?
If more than one to work on the same file at a time then yes, you should have a common accessible path. You may have a local area network or remote access etc. There are many ways to do the same. Thanks

If we share it in whatsapp group, than can the people in the group change it or edit it from mobile
Excel mobile version is always with limited features. Full features are available only in Windows or Mac version.
i dont have the option unshare workbook
How you are sharing the Excel, you can unshare the same way by removing tick. Under Review tab, you will get unshare button in the ribbon.
But how different user will have excess to the file??
I believe you mean to say access instead of excess. Share the file and save in common folder 📂 (network drive) which others can access. Thanks

There isn't a way to add a user to be able to edit the file. The checkbox that you need to check to enable editing by multiple people is missing.
