From what I’ve seen the FOTF trains run at 24 MPH (36 mph speed zone), 33.5 MPH (50mph zone), 48mph (70 zone), 54.4 mph (80 mph command speed). The legacies run at 30 mph (36 mph speed zone), 41-42mph (50 zone), 47 mph (70mph zone), 57 mph (80mph zones). Legacies seem to brake not as aggressively in general as well.
FOTF end up a bit slower than the legacy cars as compared to the command speed. Legacy cars are a bit simpler in that regard, using a more traditional PL5
