After uploading the Scholarship Agreement in the system, at the request section when you are filling up the questionnaire about accommodation and transportation, it's up to us to decide the exact departure date within the given interval period (18 September- 8 October) or the Presidency that will do the purchase of the flight ticket will decide which date will you go to Turkey? Well it depends on what u gonna study , they have age limits for different programs for example fir bachelor program u have to be younger than 21 and there is more and more. U can check the criteria in the website of Türkiye bursları.
