Hmm, diploma is a compulsory requirement. So can you ask your school to give you a document you can use in place of diploma? @Baozar Zakariyyah did you mean a document that proves that I am in form four or that I graduated in secondary also which, kind of document replaces the diploma until I get the diploma and about letter of intent what is minimum words that I should write.

The time or date you submit your application has no effect on your evaluation. So don't worry about that. You are advised to submit early just because the application portal tends to misbehave when deadline is near due to so much traffic
so i had two doubts: Firstly, when the people who have gotten universities not in Istanbul (for eg, Ankara University) will they be staying in Istanbul for a year for their Turkish learning year? or will they stay in Ankara? as Yunus Emre is in Istanbul. secondly, if the university has ample dormitories, will I have to still have to stay in state dormitories? eg METU has a lot of dormitories, will I still have to stay outside campus?
Hi, the answer to your first question is that all students will be staying in the city their universities are. So a student accepted to Ankara Uni would take their language course in Ankara's Language Center. If it is Yunus Emre, they will attend the Yunus Emre Branch in Ankara. 2. You will be placed in a dorm before arrival. The scholarship will do that, not your uni. After arrival to Türkiye, you can decide to change. You do that by writing to the scholarship to place you in the dorm you want. Hope this helps

Diploma is the graduation Certificate for your previous level of study. Transcript is a record of your academic grades (also for your previous level of study) If you are applying for Masters, you don't need to upload waec. You should upload your Bachelors certificate under "diploma"

Yes, give Turkey's address if you will be here for the next couple of months. Cos that's where they will call you for Interview
